I really appreciate the customer service I received from this company. It’s really great when you don’t have to fill out an inquiry form or submit a request to get a call back. I contacted this company by phone after experiencing problems with a brand new unit that was installed by another company. It was a very complicated situation in which I had been told the manufacturer was replacing the unit. That never happened and after about 5 months I found True North Air Conditioning reviews on Yelp and Google and called. Mike (owner of True North) let me fully explain the situation on a weekend day (can't remember if it was Saturday or Sunday). I had actually called several companies that day and the calls just went to voicemail. Mike set an appointment to come see my unit

Found my AC dead on Thursday, needed a new run cap, happens every couple years. Mike had his technician Micah squeeze me in between installs on Friday, and got me quickly back in cool air. Micah was communicative, prompt, professional, and got the work done quickly. I appreciate the customer focus from Mike and Micah, it is hot and they are busy and they made some time to help me out quickly. Cost for the work was fair and in line with what I have paid for this fix a time or two in the past. True North really saved us. During the awful heat spell this summer our air conditioner, at our rental home, died - and on a Friday no less! Everyone we spoke to said HVAC Contractors were months out before they would be able to help us. Although True North was booked out for months they made an opening to take care of us. We decided to have the total HVAC replaced because of the age of the units. True North was able to procure a new system and had it up and running by Monday afternoon. They were prompt, courteous, efficent, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. I thought their pricing

I cannot say enough good things about Mike and true North air-conditioning! We had an emergency AC failure in the summer and Mike found a way to squeeze us into his busy schedule same day. He was extremely professional and didn’t try to take advantage of us at all! Within an hour he had fixed the issue and we were back in business. I will never go anywhere else for my HVAC needs!!

Mike is the man! I woke up sweating and when i checked my thermostat it was 82 degrees! I called True North and Mike was able to squeeze me in on short notice. He was very friendly and respectful, I am eternally grateful because he was able to get my A/C working quickly. As a cat dad it makes me happy knowing that I don’t have to take my cat Charlie out of his home and into a motel for the night. Thank you so much Mike it meant the world to us!

I got estimates from 2 other big name companies for having a mini split system installed in my garage. They were well above what they advertised so I called True North based on their reviews. Mike gave me a great price but I was still somewhat concerned if this was a case of you get what you pay for. The 5 stars are absolutely appropriate for these guys. Mike, along with 2 other guys, showed up on time and did an extremely clean install. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work and might even switch over maintenance on my other 3 units to these guys.
