Whether your A/C is not working properly, completely broken, or just too expensive to run during these Arizona summers, we can help. We are committed to servicing your needs and not selling you a lot of parts or services that you don't need. Our experienced technicians will help you figure out if you need to replace, repair, maintain, upgrade, or tune-up your a/c system so it will run more efficiently.
We have all the experience, affordability, and good old-fashioned honesty that you are looking for in a contractor. We always send out a real technician, not a salesman, for your Mesa AZ AC Repair or anywhere in Arizona or the East Valley. We also have a location in Queen Creek to do any Queen Creek AC Repair and serve any of the surrounding areas.
When brothers, Larry and Doug Ferrin, started Ferrin Brothers Air Conditioning, Inc. in 1977, they decided from the beginning that more importantly than making money was being ethical and honest in every way. Larry passed his legacy and these beliefs down to his son Rob when he retired, and Rob took over in 1996.

Services
There are many reasons why people replace existing a/c units, and we are here to help you acquire all the information you will need to know if it is time for you to replace your a/c unit, or upgrade or repair your existing one. Our goal is to help you make an informed decision without having to speak with a high pressure salesman.
Is your a/c unit running poorly, making strange noises, completely broken, or struggling to keep the house comfortable? Unfortunately, many of the major a/c contractors in Arizona will send out professional salesmen who are paid on commission, and who will to try to sell you an entirely new a/c unit and system when, in most instances, your current system is adequate, and can be repaired for a lot less money.
Like a car, air conditioning units and heaters are generally heavy-duty pieces of equipment which are built to withstand tremendous amounts of neglect and abuse, and to continue running - even in harsh conditions. Although an un-maintained a/c unit my last for years without breaking down completely, proper preventative maintenance and regular tune-ups can dramatically increase the life and efficiency of your a/c unit and system.

Your company has assisted us with our A/C needs twice now. The first time, you were able to repair the unit and did not pressure us to replace it. Four years later (this week), it finally died. Your technician Chad spent today replacing both our heating and cooling systems. He was friendly and very knowledgeable!! He is a true asset to your company!! Thank you Ferrin Brothers and Chad!! :D

The Ferrin Brother's had an appointment with me on Friday morning. They did not show up. I rescheduled for Monday morning, they did not show up for that appointment either. They finally showed up about 2.5 hours after my appointment time on Monday. The technician looked at my ac unit for about 5 minutes before telling me I had a bad thermostat.
He did not do a full inspection to get a proper diagnosis the first time. I calle the company back and spoke with Colby who told me it would be another 80 some dollars to have the technician just take a look at the a/c unit again. He told me

These guys were wonderful. The air conditioning went out in my boss's condo and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. They were able to come quickly and came when they said, they were all very friendly, the tech was able to pinpoint the problem right off the bat, gave me the options on how to fix the issue and what each of those would mean not only cost wise but for the long term health of the unit. Not only that... but they were very reasonably priced. I have permanently put them in my contact files and will definitly recommend them to anyone who needs AC work
