Castle Air upgraded our HVAC system in Newbury Park. I compared prices with many vendors and they happened to provide the best value but more important they did a clean job quickly and were always on time. When I had an issue with my thermostat a year later they came right out and took care of it under warrantee at no cost to me. They also service my unit as needed.

Six years ago we used a well-established Air Condition and Heating service in Ventura, County. We became suspicious when their company's service rider told us we had a monoxide problem. After inspection, he said we needed to replace our air conditioning, and heating and put in a scrubber. We are retired and older, but not that dumb. We contacted Castle Air, a well-established company, in Camarillo. It is a family owned company. The owner Matt came over with his son Ryan and they checked out the system and inspected it for leaks. They found no monoxide leak and we are still alive. When

We needed some ductwork done recently (reconnection of ducts, fixing and sealing broken ducts etc.) and called Castle Air for an estimate and subsequent repair. We were very happy with the efficiency, response time, and work performed at a reasonable price. Plus, Ryan, Bill, and Baxter were courteous and professional - great people! Great same day service!! Woke up to a freezing house and called Castle Air. Bill was here within a couple of hours and did a fantastic job at getting to the root of the problem and handling it in a jiffy! Bill was friendly and efficient! After a long hot summer, we finally found a company we trusted with replacing our heat and ac unit. They were the 5th bid we received, and it was actually reasonable. We were very pleased with the whole process. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable in the inspection and bid process, and Baxter and the crew were really efficient and great at explaining what they were doing and why, and cleaning up. They followed up and made sure we knew how to work everything. Family owned companies are the best.

Castle Air just installed a new furnace and AC at our new house and we couldn't be happier with the results! The installation was fast, professional and clean. I came home from work each day and barely noticed that they had been in the house. That's a detail I really love. My husband was impressed with the workmanship and their tendency to go above and beyond, like painting the inside of the air returns black to make them fade away. Their quote was totally fair, but the quality of work is a step above.

Ryan was so patient and knowledgeable when I needed to replace my heater. He and his crew arrived when they said they would, were so thoughtful and polite during the installation, and cleaned up after themselves! It is such a joy to work with dependable and professional people.

I hardly ever write reviews but I'm so ecstatic with their service, I have to tell everyone! My parents referred me to Castle after I was quoted a huge price by another company I found through Home Advisor. First of all, they sent someone out to look at my heat pump within an hour of talking to them. I also almost paid like five times what Castle charged to work on it and they offered a simpler solution than immediately replacing parts. During this last heat wave I noticed that our A/C unit was not cooling as expected.
I checked Yelp as I did not want to go with a large company (Conejo Valley Heating & Air Conditioning -/they were too heavy on selling a brand new replacement and I wasn't comfortable with the freshman they sent out previously).
So after a conversation with Matt and a next day appointment we were extremely satisfied with the services and cost in getting our A/C running.

Matt was great. He helped us understand the costs and was very patient while I got competing quotes. In the end, Castle was half the price of their nearest competitor and the equipment is state-of-the-art. Their installation crew was quick and professional. I had no issues giving them the key to my house. To this day, nearly a year later, I still find aspects of their work that make me say, "Damn, they really did this right." Love, love my experience with castle air!!! In 2010 we knew we would at some point need to replace our furnace and add an AC unit. We received a quote from another local company "The Orange company" and were blown away at the $13,000 quote we got from them. Almost 5 years later the furnace finally died and we needed to get it done! A family had referred us to Castle Air and the Quote was almost half the price. I couldn't ask for a more honest company!!

We recently moved into our home and though the home was built in 2006 there was a problem with the air flow in the heating and air system. Castle Air was a day or so in getting back to me but once the appointment was made Jose arrived early and had the problem sorted out in a little over an hour. The price was very fair and I'm a happy camper!
