Sequential Bath

I purchased shower doors from Tina. They were installed but the rubber flange did not line up with the tile therefore there maybe a leak. I notified Tina and she made a suggestion to remedy the problem. All they had to do was to install one strip. We'll it's been over 5 months!!!

I have called Tina at least 5 times and she keeps promising to fix it... NOT TRUE!! She's made appointments and NO ONE has shown up!
Do NOT do business with these irresponsible people. All they want to do is get your money and NO service to remedy the problem! Plenty of TALK.. NO action!!

I decided to go back to give it another try, and once again im so disappointed. I went in 9/24 and the lady tina was SO RUDE ! She looked like she had no energy to work there and again just being on her phone or going to help someone out. I think its only her by herself because i have not seen anyone else last time i went. Anyways yea this is a no from me, i dont know why i came back when it was the same thing again.

Do not order or buy any thing from this place! Their customer service is a nightmare! The manager Tina & her front desk staff Sky are the worst business workers I've ever met. Save your time & money!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Sky and Tina are rude and have horrible customer service. Charge ridiculous prices and are so unprofessional.

THEY EVEN TEXTED MY FRIENDS PHONE CALLING THEM A "bi**h* and being so disrespectful!! Thinking they were ok with a fake number but they mentioned the review and the $2k we first paid. So now we are having police trace it back!! They sent me a message trying to threaten me & harass me!!! I am so shocked!! I might just file a "lawsuit" for their harassment since their threatening to file a law suit against me for writing my honest HORRIBLE experience here. I still stand by my first review. & came in loudly? That's funny because I don't walk around yelling especially

Love their products and wanted to purchase from them, but when I called asking a lot of questions about a vanity, I got so much disgust and push back, isn't this your job to help customers with there questions and concerns? Anyways, I choose to go with vanity bell, front desk has a horrible attitude.

I have nothing but great respect for these guys. They provide excellent bathroom vanity services and work with them often. Choose them and you will not regret it.

Place is real cool decent pricing and the manager is super hot . I saved bunch of cash going this way vs homedepot. thank you guys

I just bought a Toilet and a Vessel Sink from Purefine Kitchen & Bath. Tina helped us buy it and her designs are so unique! Her deals are amazing and her service is highly professional. I plan on coming back again when I remodel my next bathroom, I highly recommend this store.

I bought a vanity and two toilet from here, Tina gave me a great deal and was easy easy to work with. I am so happy with my purchases.

My family and I came to this wonderful place because we were looking for sinks for our new bathroom. When we came to this place they had the most modern and clean looking sinks, we couldn't resist. They also have these cool mirros with lights inside of them with a touch pad button that is seamlessly inside the glass! It's absolutely stunning! Tina is super helpful & patient with all questions. They have a small yet classy and unique collection of vanities. I went to so many stores & didn't like any vanity but when I went to Purefine,I couldn't decide which to take and which to leave behind. This is the first time I write a review, but I really wanted to take the time to share one about this business. After having an incident with our shower doors, Tina showed excellence in customer service. She had them replaced immediately. I'm so happy with how things turned out. Our restroom is a beautiful space thanks to Purefine Kitchen a Bath.

The representative that helped us out was very nice and worked out a great price for us. Unfortunately, one of the items I had to return since it didn't fit because of my electrical.
She was very nice, we found out about this place because of offer up. My mom was going for some shower doors that were priced at a good price but when we got there they wouldn't give it to us at the price advertised on offer up. As soon as we told her, she put it as sold.

Other than this experience, it has been great experience.

Amazing place.. across from a huge tile store which is how I found them. They have assembled vanities and with counters and sinks. Very modern and very good pricing. Highly recommend this place!! Tina is very nice

Cant say enough about this place. Tina is awesome, she was very responsive to our needs and we saved hundreds of dollars compared to other stores. Dont get taken by the big stores, call Tina today. I'm looking for a bathroom vanity with a built-in sink went to a few places most of them during the boxer in the building and the sinks we had to get them cut out from a slab we're looking at marble or granite we came to this place the lady got up right away and started showing us the different things that she had she was very nice pleasant smile Pleasant attitude not pushy very informative show does different things that she had nice selection after agreeing on one we set it up for the next morning upon arriving we took care of the paperwork and she was kind enough to take us to the warehouse
