Rohls provides down the best customer service I've ever experienced. Our kitchen and bath faucets are all Rohl and anytime we've had an issue (all normal wear and tear, never a product defect) all I have to do is call them and they send the correct replacement part - free of charge and delivered quickly. Today I had a plumber come to do some work and since he was her already I asked him to install a sprayer diverter. I had to call Rohl for a minor instruction and they answered the phone, and the question, efficiently and professionally. SO impresed with this company!

Horrible Customer Service. Seriously Horrible. I call stay on hold for over 5 minutes while no one picks up. I call back and after the owners message stops it rings and I hear silence. I say hello. No one responds. I say hello again. Still no response. I stay on hold since I have the phone on speaker and I can hear background noise like a chair move. I finally say this is horrible customer service. 10-20 seconds later someone says hello can I help you. I tell them I'm looking for an item and no response. I have to ask if they can hear me. Then repeat myself and say I'm looking to see if an item

For 17 years we have had a kitchen faucet/sprayer purchased from Rohl. Performed great but on two occasions we have asked for help. One spring replacement for the spray and one gasket replacement on the faucet. With an easy email to Rohl they quickly stepped up and shipped out replacement parts with instructions. Couldn't be happier with Rohl support, thank you Rohl!!!

Had a minor issue (no fault of theirs, I dropped the unit). with a sprayer and the addressed it immediately. I still had a problem and they replaced the whole unit without question or cost. This is a great company with great customer service. Their products are high quality and last a long time. Highly recommend.

I bought an EXPENSIVE faucet($700+) from our local plumbing supply store. We waited a few weeks for it. I was so excited when it finally came in. We opened it up and on closer inspection one of the pieces looked like it didn’t get finished completely. We were given the local reps number in Chicago(Steve Driscoll). He told us to send him pictures and that he would have the company send us a replacement. We had beef waiting for a month. I finally called Rohl yesterday. I talked to customer service and the guy assured me he would send it out next Dayana it would be inspected before it came out.

When we purchased and renovated our inn we selected Rohl fixtures for all of our bathrooms (sinks, showers, tubs) as well as for our inn kitchen and our own personal residence.
