They had to come back and redid the stairway carpet, the center of each staircase was clean somewhat but both sides were still dirty and stained under bright light. There were stains in the living room that they also redid but still not clean and smelled bad. I ended up renting a steam carpet machine and was able to lift out most of the remaining stain and the nasty pet odor, the 2 five gallons bucket of used water from the machine were brown, smelly and dirty. So my verdict was they didn't do a thorough job and I would not recommend them.

Conan worked with my schedule to find a time for the carpet cleaning I wanted and he was super friendly start to finish. He came in and efficiently cleaned my carpets and it removed some long worn in stains I had failed to get out. Afterwards, he took a metal rake and removed some woven in hair in my carpet and I really appreciated it. The whole appointment took not even an hour which was nice and left my apartment looking great. We had a nice chat throughout the process and I will definitely rehire him in the future. We were out of the country for a long arranged family vacation, just when our home was ready to put on the market. Conan came to the rescue, did our complete 3 level, 5 bedroom home 4 days before pictures. We came home to a beautiful job on a very tough project! Unbelievable the poor service at Carpets Inc. I purchased a Groupon for a carpet cleaning and I called to schedule the service, But, no one returned my call. Certainly, I understand a company being busy, but after nearly a week and several attempts to reach them, I pretty much gave up. Then someone finally called and left message, and they said they would call back. Well, they didn't. So, I canceled my Groupon, called another carpet cleaner and they got back to me right away; and now I have clean carpets. Carpets Inc. needs to manage their incoming calls better, if they want better reviews

I cannot say enough good things about this company. This is a 1 truck 1 man show and he puts pride into his work. We went ahead and got the full house done that had not been done in a 1/2 a decade. I can only imagine the horrors they came out of that carpet. He uses quality materials and a legit professional truck system. He is nice and Percival and a great guy to deal with. There are lot of great add on options like the deodorants, And his service exceeds his price. Definitely shop with confidence

I'm really happy with the service I received from Carpets Inc. Conan is absolutely Amazing! Super personable and was able to help us out of a bind! We couldn't be any more happy with the job he did hammering out 5 rooms in less then an hour! He was also able to lend us some really good advice about how to prolong the life of our carpets, tips and tricks for removing hair and a potentially better vacuum we could look into that would help us with regular upkeep! Conan came over and did a great cleaning. He pre-treated the stains, and the rug came out gorgeous (except for the paint stain, which neither of expected to come out. Luckily it's located under the couch.) I had a couple of area rugs that were too flimsy for his machine, but he told me how to get those taken care of elsewhere. He was quick but thorough. Highly recommended!

We had Carpets Inc. clean the carpets in our rental townhome. He did an amazing job!! He was on time and worked quickly. I added two pictures where you can clearly see two colored areas on the same carpet. We had a rug covering the clean looking area. In the "after" picture you can barely tell the two areas apart. I would definitely recommend Carpets Inc!

I was just flabbergasted on what Conan was able to accomplish! When I met him at my work a few weeks ago and set up our appointment, I was very realistic about what he could expect at our house and our expectations of what he could do. We had VERY heavy pet staining and the carpet has not been professionally cleaned since its install in 2007. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything, but brought out some good points on why we should go with a deoderizer (sp?) application, so we went for it.

Conan rushed thru my house (3 large rooms) in 20 minutes, didn't want to go over any spots to get them out (without charging extra), and left a ton of soap in my carpets. They only looked "ok" when he was done, not super clean, and I had even moved everything out of the rooms to make it easy for him. When I had them redone six months later the new people couldn't believe how much soap they got out.
