I need to update my previous review. They honored the $299 coupon, and were able to make an appointment for cleaning quickly. Leo did a wonderful job, very professional and courteous, and asked if there was anything more needed to please me. The house, siding, and gutters looked new when he was finished.
I will definitely use AAA-1 again when I need a roof or gutter cleaning.

OMG, don't go to them for repairs. They do barely any due diligence before issuing estimates. Their estimate included 3 line items, which basically said:
- We'll repair your roof for xxxK $
- If you accept in 24 hours, we'll decrease this by X percent
- If you pay by cash/check, we'll decrease this by Y percent
That's it! No information about why the leak is occuring, no information about what they will do to fix it, no information about what guarantees they provide. Nothing. Compared to these, the other estimates I got had a detail information of 10s of lines on what

We had a small leak in our roof in February 2020. We called a couple people to repair it, and AAA-1 seemed like they were confident they could fix the problem. They told us they were 99.9% sure of the source of the leak, and replaced some flashing and torch down on our roof. The total cost was $1300, and we paid additional for a roof cleaning.
Fast forward 6 months, with the start of rains in September 2020, we noticed that the roof was still experiencing leaks. We had 3 other companies come out to consider a repair, but all said we would be better off replacing the roof. Their take on the patch

The owner (Randy) came out and spent a lot of time explaining the proper care and treatment of my particular roof (tapersawn, pre-treated, cedar shake). He is extremely knowledgeable, and I actually learned a lot.

I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, work performed and customer service we received from AAA 1 Roof Care. Gilbert did a fantastic job cleaning our roof and gutters!! I was impressed at how much attention he paid to detail. He let me know some potential problem areas with our roof but was not pushy about. Be sure to get a second quote. Like so many other reviews, I bit on the $299 coupon hook line and sinker. Took me a week to get my $950 estimate...told them no thank you. I know my roof size (+/- 2500 sqft) is larger than the max size in the coupon (1900 sqft) but more than triple the cost, come on...ridiculous. Found a guy next day for $450, did a great job.

Fabulous service! We're a repeat customer too, but this time we are preparing for sale. Randy dialed is a tight, accurate quote for us with some options. We did the entire roof cleaning, with a bundle of shakes to replace the worst ones there, and once the roof dries for a couple days, they will be back for the oil coating. It looks very good now - and will be great when oil coated. Our tech was great. He really busted his backside for over 9 hours today making the roof right. Quality folks do quality work. I would recommend AAA-1 to anyone for any roof any time.

Had roof cleaned and siding pressure washed in prep for painting. Roof turned out great and would recommend AAA-1 for that, siding pressure washing not so much. That ended up being a quick rinse and left most of the oxidation. I did call and the tech was sent back out but you could easily see where the hit the walls and also half of a wasp nest left in the eve's had to take my car wash brush to wipe down the house, so much for spending $300. Talked to them again and was told that no it wouldn't remove oxidation.

AAA may do the best roof & gutter cleaning around. They didn't do mine. After asking just for a blow off and gutter cleaning prior to exterior painting, they went into sell-mode with references to pressure washing and use of zinc powder which I didn't need and didn't ask for. Bid for 1800SF home: $517. I had it done by NW Cleaning Svc for $180. Completely satisfied.

I have these guys out every year as my tile roof is in trees and i like my roof spit shine clean! Friendly office, same guys come out every year, these guys are great all the way around. We have been using them for over 10 years and had a lot of trouble with other businesses saying they know tile roofs and doing a half way job before these guys!!! They also do my large driveway and patio too. Never have been disappointed with the job they do. Highly recommend.

I noticed that our roof had accumulated moss/debris that wasn't washing off naturally in the winter/spring rains, so I decided it needed to be pressure washed this year. My neighbor recommended AAA-1 Roof Care since they pressure washed his roof for about $350, and he was mostly satisfied with their work (Note: he mentioned to me that a few roof tiles came off during the cleaning process, which they repaired). Not very pleased with how our service was handled. According to the coupon we used that referred us to the service it clearly states "All debris cleaned up" which did not happen. Spots to our house were skipped over including our skylight and downspouts. Claimed they moved things during clean up which did not happen. Tried contacting the office several times but no one answered the phone.
We would have not paid for this service had we known they would not fully clean up the debris.
Very dissatisfied with this company!! Would not recommend them ever!!! Do NOT use them ever again!!

The completed job was beyond my expectations. Leon did an outstanding job. It looks new! If I don't have to see any moss for a couple years even better :)
I also want to thank you for the extra level of detail that you guys include...spraying off the patio and driveway of all of the roof debris. Not a half hearted effort either...it was as clean as when he started. I was not looking forward to what I was going to be able to do with it since we are leaving for Phoenix in the morning. The last time I had my roof done, I had to spend another half day with my pressure washer cleaning the walls, windows

After doing a little research online for a roofing company with the best reviews and an affordable price, I called AAA-1 Roof Care. I needed someone to clean my gutters and remove the long overdue and hideously overgrown moss from my roof! Short story: AAA-1 Roofing's customer service is awful when issues arise. The service performed on the roof was fine, but the process of addressing a concern of mine was terrible and I do not feel it was satisfactorily resolved. I believe they had a mix-up in scheduling or something, and a portion of the service that I paid for (over $700) was not performed prior to my bringing it to their attention, nearly three months later after I compared the results of my roof with those of my neighbor who had the same service performed. They refused to acknowledge the error or offer to make any restitution

I called AAA1 Roof Care with a coupon for $299 which included: Pressure wash roof, liquid moss treatment and preventative, clean/pressure wash & inspect gutters & downspouts, wash exterior of house, clean up debris on ground from roof. I contacted the company on 3/18/16 requesting an estimate. It took nearly 4 weeks to get an estimated and have the work performed. The estimate came in $100 over the advertised price.
