If you are looking for Alumawood pergola, Payless Patio is the way to go. They gave me the cheapest price!!! Russ and Deb were so patient with us and helped us so much in making sure we have the correct size. They also refer you to a great contractor to install the pergola and Kevin was so pleasant to work with!

I recently replaced my old termite eaten wooden patio cover with a new Alumawood patio Cover from Payless. I got multiple estimates and Payless was by far the best value, a major savings versus their competition. You cannot beat their pricing or service. We can't begin to tell you how incredibly happy we are with our new patio cover!!! Russ and Debby were very patient with us when we were trying to decide just how we wanted our patio cover to look. I initially called several other companies, they came to my house and provided quotes. This company didn't come to my house, they provided tutorial on how to take measurement and then I came to La Verne to choose material. The price is 50% less than what I received from other companies.
I would definitely hire them again, the only thing I'd change is : I'll pay a little extra so they can come to take measurement. I took a wrong measurement and the material can't be returned . Fortunately, this

From the very first phone call through final installation, Debby and Russ were a pleasure to work with. They have done so many of these covers, they could do the design work over the phone. They made it EASY and fun!

Russ and Debby are awesome! I was looking at replacing my pergola on my patio, because the wooden one I had was rotten and falling apart. Little did I know that it was such a dangerous situation. Russ made sure that I had someone come out to remove it, because he was concerned about its safety. They both called me when the work was done to check in and make suggestions on what to do next. I am beyond thankful to Payless Patio for my new patio cover. I called and spoke to Debbie who directed me to their website. I gave her the measurements over the phone, selected the style that I wanted and she called me back within 15 minutes for a quote! We agreed on the price (much more reasonable than I had expected) and ordered my patio that same day. They came in to install it sooner than originally expected and were done in just a few hours. First, Debby and Russ are the nicest people I've met in a very long time. Every single interaction was pleasant and they were both extremely helpful when it came to obtaining the look I was going for. As far as the patio itself, OMG it's gorgeous! The crew showed up at the expected time and was done installing before dusk. I'm extremely happy with the lighting and I thank Debby for convincing me that 8 lights would be best on such a large patio. Overall, the entire experience was great and the price is unmatched for such amazing quality and such a professional installation crew.

We have had this patio cover for over 7 years now. This has been one of my best investments. Russ was extremely helpful in helping me get the installation figured out.
