We recently hired Jam Carolina for a large deck remodel. The finished job exceeded our expectations and we found the entire crew a pleasure to work with. They kept the job site clean and safe. Everyone was professional and willing to work with us during several changes to the design plan. Prices were fair. Fantastic contractor. We added a new screen porch this spring and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Can't go wrong with Chris. From idea generation, quote, and permits, through the finished product, he and his teams were great to work with. He was very accommodating to our needs and didn't stop until we were completely satisfied with the final product. Pricing and payment structure was clear and fair. He went above and beyond to do the job right. We will use him again, for sure.

We had Chris and his team do a number of repairs to rotted wood around our home's exterior, as well as replace our gutters and give our deck a complete facelift including repairing, stripping, and re-staining the deck and screened porch. From the initial estimate to the final walkthrough, they were nothing but professional and the work top notch. Chris stayed in constant communication with us to ensure we knew what was happening and listened to any concerns or questions we had. I am so happy that Chris and his team fixed my house roof and gutters. They did an amazing job! Completely professional and showed great attention to details.
