Hard working crew. Very detailed. Reasonably priced. Installed new roof and added Twirlley bird fans and eyebrow vents to reduce trapped heat in attic. Worked with solar contractor to put footings underneath shingles.
Onofre was excellent from start to finish. He made sure shingles matched original, used highest quality felt and fans. He came on a rainy Saturday to finish the job and cleaned up the lot. Highly recommend!

As a retired senior I appreciate getting a great job at a good price. I had experience working with general contractors and subs during my working career and we had a general lead the job for us. Mendoza roofing did a fine job for us. The new roof and gutters added a new look to our home at a price much lower than the highest bid we received.They also did nice detail work fabricating custom down spouts, installing vents and installing gutter guards. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Adrian and his crew were great - professional, fast, and super easy to work with. Adrian came when scheduled. gave me my roofing options, ascertained that I could successfully go with the less expensive one, then got the job done over 2 days. He repainted my flashing the color I provided (which required some extra work) and was responsive and helpful throughout. It hasn't rained since he redid my flat roof 2 weeks ago but I'll update this review when it does ;-). I highly recommend him and his company.

A couple of winters ago, I had some pretty bad leaks in my roof and hired Adrian to patch it as a quick fix until I could get the roof done the next spring.
He does the patching and also replaces a couple of skylights, now I have more leaks than I started out with.
I called to let him know about the leaks and when I removed the ceiling in some parts of my house, I could literally see daylight coming through where they allegedly patched the roof.
He came over a few times and threw a tarp up here and there which never actually addressed the issue. He put a bunch of goop around one of the skylights

I contracted to have some of my own tarps put on my leaking roof until I could afford to re-roof. They only had time to put up one tarp since they had other customers that needed emergency service that moderately rainy day.
It was good enough to cover the part of my roof that leaked so far. This was in October of 2016.

A skylight we added to our master bathroom started leaking. The company that did the installation when we replaced the roof maybe a dozen years ago wasn't interested. Another roofer said the installation was wrong and the skylight and the surrounding asphalt shingles would need to be replaced for $2,750. Adrian Mendoza looked over the problem, agreed that the installation was wrong and said that it would be $320 to fix it. Talk to the owner on the phone. Set up a date and time to check my roof. Never showed up. I txt and called left voice mail. Never got response from him. Don't know how he be getting 5 Star. Maybe he don't know how to do roofs or have correct tools. Or he could be looking for each patch jobs. Thats what you dont see any pics of his work. At least he could have called and rescheduled. It's like no call no show for work. There's no ownership from this person. Wish there was a negative star. I would have gave him -5star.

Spoke to them over the phone and confirmed a time for an inspection. Sent my realtor to the home and these guys never showed up. I called them several times, no word via call or text. They could have atleast let me know that they couldn't make it. I'm scrambling now to find someone else in time. I feel bad leaving a 1 star review, happy to amend if there was a legitimate issue, but no show and no call isn't a great way to deal with a customer.

Mendoza Roofing is the best! Andrian, the owner, went out of his way to provide great customer service. He is professional, honest, and caring and will not oversell one with services one does not need. He will do what ever it takes to get the job done right.
He recently cleaned the gutters and downspouts and installed gutter-guards at my church. I am very pleased with his work! Andrian's crew did an amazing job and his pricing was great! I highly recommend him!

With the rain season coming, everyone is in a hurry to get their roof and gutters serviced. So if you have a bit of a long wait, don't be discouraged.
I actually called Manada roofing first and all they cared about were quoting me a price to replace my entire roof. Even with that, they were a week late and never respond to my request of just fixing it.

I can't say enough good things about Adrian, his crew, the work ethic, the quality craftmanship. I know that there are a lot of options for roofing contractors, but when you have a leak, need a repair, or want a new roof..you can't wait around for the other jokers to call you back. Adrian will do it right the first time and he always does a fabulous job. I'm in the real estate industry and always have clients needing a roof. I refer them to Adrian as the best roofing contractor in the East Bay. I get tired of dealing with unresponsive contractors. Thanks for being a great example

I am thrilled with the roof I got from A. Mendoza Roofing! His estimate was half that of Home Depot and yet he had excellent reviews. He showed up when he said he would. His staff was very helpful. When there was a problem with a tripped breaker, he and his brother showed up the same day on a Friday evening. In a problem area where there was rotted wood, they not only fixed it, but resloped it so the water would not puddle there in the future. If I could give them 6 stars I would, but I'm only allowed 5.

We used Adrian to replace our 30 year old, 4 layer deep roof. Mendoza Roofing is a good value option if you just need a new bog standard composite shingle roof. Cost was very affordable compared to the other estimates we received (ranging from $2000 - $4000 less). Probably most ideal for people on a tight budget and just need a no-frills roof replacement. Adrian and his crew are fast and hard-working, our whole roof plus a cottage in the back were done in 3 days. Adrian the owner is very friendly and easy to work with.
