Tony, Elena, and their crew are just great. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly.
We had a small fire which took out a 100 amp branch circuit feeding our back yard. Because there were some sensitive things on that circuit, we needed it back up and running ASAP. Century had done our roof and solar array several years ago. Because they had done such a great job then, they were the first I thought of to help us out this time.
On Monday, Elena responded first and quickly got Tony involved. They inspected on Tuesday. As it was a large job to repull the entire circuit, they needed to order materials and

We have been absolutely delighted with Century Roof and Solar. They are Diamond Certified and did a great job with our new roof several years ago( my daughter and son-in-law also used them...) We got 3 quotes for a solar panel system( Sunpower) with backup Sunpower battery. Century was actually the lowest bid. We called around for references and word has it that Tony Diaz is one of the best, most knowledgeable electrical contractors in Northern California. He apparently trains others in the how-to-dos of solar system installation. The results are even.better than we hoped for...we have a number

I was recently considering a new roof and solar array installation at my home in San Ramon and called Century Roof and Solar for a bid. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, this project had to be shelved for a couple years. However, since Tony Diaz, the owner of Century Roof and Solar in Hayward, CA, is also a fully licensed electrician he offered to do a needed upgrade to my main electrical panel in advance of the new solar system. He did a perfect job of installing a beautiful, modern, new “solar ready” main panel from which he also ran a new arc-fault protected 50amp outlet

Century Solar installed solar panels on my composite roof and I couldn't be happier. Tony Diaz and his team's knowledge, attention to detail and craftsmanship in installing my solar system was simply phenomenal. I didn't realize how complex an installation could be. Tony answered all my questions, incredibly responsive and continually kept me abreast of my installation.

Outstanding customer service and quality work!
We were very pleased with a roof repair they did in 2004. So in the Fall of 2019 we got two bids for a new roof and Century’s bid was clear, detailed and came in under the other one. We also had them replace our roof insulation. Their crew was professional and respectful of our property. At the end of the day, the crew always cleaned up.
We highly recommend Century!

From start (bids), to finish (see photos) Tony and the entire Century crew have delivered exceptionally on every promise made up front. I am a very detail-oriented person and, thus, asked Tony many questions as the project progressed, but he was extremely patient with me as each step was completed, and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality job (new roof and solar) that was done on time and on budget. I honestly wish he was in charge of getting the local roads repaired, 'cause I know it would get done!

Tony and his two-man crew were outstanding. It took 5 working days to install 20 Sunpower panels, run the wiring, install panel boxes, remove 2 whirlybirds, and replace them with a roof ridge line vent. Tony arranged for the inspector to come out the day after the work was done! That morning Tony arrived a couple hours early to make sure everything was looking good for the inspection and that the panels were generating power for the house. We remolded our kitchen to include a hood range and needed a roof vent installed. After some research online for a reputable roofing company, my sister, who had contracted Tony @ Century Roof for her client’s home remodel, highly recommended his services.
