I used Fairfield Custom Homes for a master bathroom remodel. The bathroom was completely gutted and reimagined. The Project Manager, Jody Lowe, was amazing. The situation wasn't ideal due to personal circumstances, but Jody made me feel at ease and went above and beyond to make sure not only was the bathroom remodel being managed appropriately but that I felt comfortable with the process. Jody was incredibly responsive and kept me up-to-date on when the crew would need access to my home.

I highly recommend Fairview Custom Homes, LLC. Fairview recently completed remodeling and renovation work in our home in The Reserve at Lake Keowee. They made changes we requested and helped us understand the cost/ timing implications. I own Strong Builders LLC. We are a framing, siding and window install business primarily. I have been working with Fairview for over 2 years now. I also work with other well known high end builders in the cliffs Communities. Fairview is different than most of the other builders who I deal with on a daily basis. While Fairview cares about budgets and money, they also care about the quality of the house they are building. A lot of builders in this area are more concerned with money and more specifically, money in their pocket, than they are with the quality. They will send plans to multiple framing

Our initial contact with Fairview began in Mid-May2018 on design ideas for our home expansion. Construction began in mid-August and was completed in December on time and in budget. Project managers Michael and Larry were outstanding with their communication and attention to details and punch list. Our extension maintained the integrity of our post and beam home design . We are now enjoying outdoor living as it is meant to be.
