Dropped a handful of fire extinguishers off for recharge and some annual inspections (tags). I was told they'd call when they were done. Almost a week went by and nobody called, so I called them. Was told they were done but nobody bothered to inform me. Then when I showed up to pick them up the guy at the counter wasn't very helpful or customer friendly. No wonder why the lot was full of yellow Harris services trucks, nobody wants to call on them for service. Look elsewhere.

Their in-store customer service was fine, so I scheduled fire protection service for our building. They charged $350 for two guys to come and look at the sprinkler system, but their guys ignored my requests for the exit signs to be serviced, as well as for the fire alarm panel to be activated. When I spoke with the company, Jody said that the guys told her I didn't want anything done besides the sprinkler system--in spite of the fact that I specifically mentioned the exit signs and fire panel both on the phone before they arrived as well as when they were in the building. It was a nightmare, technicians never showed up when Fire Marshal do their inspections- they keep promising that there will be someone and worst I paid for fire inspection and I was told I only need fire monitoring and fire marshal wanted the whole system replaced. Total nightmare, I have to hire Fireline and did a wonderful job- knew right away that the whole system needs to be replaced and I got my U/L cert.
