I'm absolutely amazed at the service I received from this company! My daughter (whose about to have her 1st baby) needed the carpets cleaned at her apartment. I did a little research and found this company. Our 1st appt had to be rescheduled by Tony - which we didn't mind at all. And this is where the story gets mushy so grab yourself a box of tissue. The carpets were cleaned to our satisfaction at no cost. Even though we were told the service would be performed at no cost, we were prepared to make payment which was REFUSED! I got quotes from several companies for carpet and upholstery cleaning. My dog has seizures, and had really soiled both. Klean Easy was far and away the best quote. Mr. Guthrie was pleasant, easy to talk to, and even told me he hoped my dog got better. He was prompt, and came in with a black light so he could see what he was dealing with. Not only ones my carpet and furniture look brand new, all odors are gone, and he took the time to teach me how to clean any accidents going forward.

I would like to add that I've used big named floor cleaning companies in the past and I've never had an experience as I've had with Mr. Guthrie at KleanEasy Quality Carpet Cleaning. First of all, Mr. Guthrie himself is very polite, professional, and efficient. He showed up on time and swiftly began his work. I have a very large home with carpet, tile, and hardwood areas. I will point out that it has been quite a while since I've given my flooring any TLC so I had some very stubborn areas that even I doubted to be brought back to life.
