I have used this company twice before and had no issues. I needed a clean on this specific date and I was on a very tight schedule. I confirmed the day before. I Was scheduled for 10am-12 noon and no one ever came. No call. Nothing. I finally got someone to answer the phone at 1pm and got several excuses as to why they didn't show up or at the very minimum call to reschedule. 3 hours wasted waiting.

I contracted Rocket Maids to do a deep clean for a move in. I was told they would clean everything including drawers, cabinets, floors, windows, etc.... This service was supposed to be completed on 11/17. When setting up the service I told them the previous owner left the house "filthy" and needs a lot of cleaning. Rocket maid said they could complete this job for $365...with a discount!
On cleaning day one maid shows up alone to do the job that mote likely needed 3-4 people. I called the owner and left a voice mail about my concern and telling him I absolutely need the work completed

Even though it’s been a few months I’m finally going to respond to my $500.00 poor service move in deal. 2 maids, 5 bedroom 4 bath house with bonus took 2hrs. Toilets were yellow and it looked like my counters and carpets (vacuumed) were only cleaned. I’ll never refer you as a cleaning agency that fulfills their business efforts accordingly. For such a large space and no effort in cleaning with a maid along with a bad attitude entering my garage I knew I should have called but I didn’t. My fault for trusting your agency.

I was left extremely disappointed by my $475 move out cleaning. I requested & paid extra for Seventh Generation products however, Fabulouso was used. Although I pointed out my issues to the person in charge of the three person team she was not concerned about making sure my issues were addressed. Her response was tell them, they know what they’re supposed to do. When I told the specif cleaning person she said I didn’t know I was supposed to do that. I’ve never done a move out cleaning. Doors were not cleaned after I asked for them to be twice, baseboards

RocketMaids is awesome. They did a superb job on my kitchen and bathroom (the only rooms I wanted work on). They were fast, thorough and got everything sparkling that I was unable to previously. What a great service - I will be using RocketMaids on a regular basis from now on.

Highly DO NOT Recommend. First clean the ladies showed up before their scheduled arrival window and cleaned for 30 minutes. 2nd clean there were tons of details missed, bare minimum was done also only stayed for about an hour. 3rd cleaning they didn’t show up for their 2 hour arrival window. I had to contact them after 4 call attempts to find out they would arrive 1hr later. Immediately cancelled service.

I called Rocket Maid to get an estimate for cleaning. The person I spoke to was very professional, asked me about what I needed to have done, and let me know exactly what to expect. The two cleaning people showed up on time, asked if I had any questions or concerns, and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been a little apprehensive about seeking a housekeeping service that would keep up with my requirements. As with most things, I have a checklist. Doreen and Caitlin eased my concerns and completed the required tasks. My search is finally over. Rocket Maids provides top-notch service. The staff was professional and efficient with meticulous attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised when I did my walk-through and the toilet paper was folded! I highly recommend Rocket Maids and will continue to use their services. I look forward to seeing Doreen and Kaitlyn for our next service.

I hired them three times, the first cleaning was excellent (Rubi and Vanessa) the second was ok, the third one was terrible! (by Georgia and Marquee) they took 40 minutes to "clean" my house, they complaint about the owner and his business practices while there (not very professional), and almost left without saying goodbye, they left in a hurry ... and then I figured out why... they broke the wedding gift my husband gave me (made by hand in another country). They didn't even told me! my house was not clean and the job was poorly completed .

I have used the service for the first time today. I have no idea why someone would complain. My home is cleaner than even I did when I was able to clean my own home - everything that was done by them exceeded my every expectation- the cost was more than reasonable- I looked at other services that were at least twice the price!!! I will use them again and will refer all of my friends to them!!!!

Paid well in excess of $300 to have a "move-in" cleaning done to my house. The 4000 sq/ft house was completely empty at the time. Two cleaners "completed" the job in only 2 hours and it shows. Pitiful job. Still finding areas they didn't even touch. Especially disappointed after paying extra for specific things to be cleaned. Never again.

I hired Rocket Maids and aside from one of the maids breaking a bathroom fixture, they did a very nice job cleaning. The maids are kind and thorough. However, I am still waiting for the fixture to be replaced and that has been the biggest problem to get done, although to be fair, partly because of my travel schedule. I will revisit this review once the fixture has been repaired.

I had never hired a cleaning service before having always worked with a trusted individual and honestly I didn't have the best thoughts about cleaning companies. But I needed some help. I looked around at reviews and Rocket Maids had good ones so I called and arranged a service. The owner was wonderful walking me through the system - you can schedule it all online which is amazing! - and the staff was just as promised: courteous, efficient and very high quality. My house had never been cleaner and the biggest piece of this with me is trust. I now have a trusted company to work with.

I work 12-hr shifts and really needed someone to just come in and clean for me during my work hours. Here in Huntsville/Madison, we do not have many options for last minute decisions. I had to just book them and hope for the best. BEST DECISION EVER!!! I had no idea. It's like opening the door to a new home. Service is sweeeet and they just get the job done.
Once my family leaves after the Memorial Day holiday, I will be booking again. Worth every penny. Rocket Maids are like magic cleaning fairies (they show up in a Fiat like ta daaaaa).

Eduardo's response rate is very quick. Booking on line is so easy, you can add special services one week, take them off the next. If you are not in need of assistance a different week due to travel you can easily reschedule. The team who is assigned to us is courteous, prompt, and efficient. Every week our home looks and feels very clean. We are very pleased and highly recommend them to other busy professionals in the area.

Rocket Maids came to my home last week. I booked on line, which was a piece of cake, and received email confirmation just moments later. The communication between the office and myself was incredible. Both on line and over the phone. One of the owners stopped in during the cleaning to see how everything was going. Nice touch! My favorite thing was my floors. I have a lot of wood flooring and they looked brand new when the gals were done with them. I felt very comfortable with the crew that came into my home.
