Very unprofessional and extremely expensive for what they deliver. They made several mistakes with my plans that ended up costing my GC as well as myself a lot of money. They threw me under the bus with my building’s landlord when I needed their help. They also promised my project would cost around 30K and I ended up paying all these extra fees at the end which drove my costs up to 40K. Run away! There’s several other architectural firms that will do the project for a lot less, at least that’s what many people have told me.
