Today was our first visit from Scout’s so I can’t really speak on the efficacy of the service yet, however I feel like it’ll be just fine based on the knowledgable, and very kind, technician. Setting up the initial visit was super easy via text message on their website, and they got us taken care of very quickly! And love that I don’t have to worry about the nearby river and my pets since they’re eco-conscious. Very pleased today!

I have used Scout Pest Control for over a year and I am really pleased with their service! I recently had vehicle issues due to rodents chewing my vehicle wires. 😠 I called Scout - they come to my home every two months and It was almost time for their visit anyway - and I explained my situation. Zack arrived on time and checked out the situation. They already have rodent preventative measures in place and Zack checked them out on this visit. He did a great job of taking care of my property!

Richard and Zach are the best!!! I called them YESTERDAY. Richard was at my home in 2 hours! Gave me great advice and was so empathetic. Christa, I think is her name called to schedule me for the next day and she was also the most courteous and kind person I have dealt with in some time! Zach was at my home very early this morning going through the contract and treating my home- also extremely professional and knowledgeable. I chose this pest control company after hearing many good recommendations from neighbors.
I really liked how responsive they were when I called. I got and actual “human being “ when calling them. I didn’t have to wait forever on them to answer my call.
The people I spoke to were professional, polite and knowledgeable. They were very prompt when showing up for my first home service and from what others have told me I can look forward to the same good service in the future.

They are great. Came out within a few days of calling. Their customer service is wonderful. They explained everything thoroughly, didn’t try to upsell a bunch of unneeded services, gave great advice, are flexible and accommodating. Not to mention, they do it all for a very reasonable price.

We continue to be impressed with Scout! Always on time, excellent customer service, and very professional techs. Today I had a few special requests during our quarterly pest control visit. Ben handled everything SO well, and took time to explain and educate. I also really appreciate the detailed invoice that is always emailed afterwards, as it includes an overview of the areas treated, products applied, and pests that were primarily targeted.

We had a ridiculous Brown Recluse spider issue with the house we bought in 2019. I was finding them EVERYWHERE, including in bed with my kids. I was ready to put the house right back on the market and cut my losses. We called all the pest… control companies, got several quotes. Ended up starting off with another locally owned company, but they had no desire to do the actual things that were required to get rid of the spiders, and the others that were willing to do the necessary things
