We followed Jon from another company when he started his own and the reasons are many... but here are a few. He knows bugs, critters and spiders. He will answer a text/phone call in a timely manner. He's straight forward and honest. He's laughed at some if my calls/texts/questions... but he's ALWAYS shown up or explained what to do. My husband says, "he's the bestest".

My name is Reverend Rodney Randell, the pastor of St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Somerville, AL. Forget em has done an awesome job of pest control on a monthly basis for the last two to three years. He has controlled critters from getting in our crawl space, rodents, and wasps. Ok I have a problem with this company I paid them a thousand dollars for a treatment there treatment worked for a little bit but the bugs have kept coming back i have called and tried to resolve this problem but was told they would no longer come and spray I’m broke and still no solution!! Be careful of who you trust!
