Services
At Abilene Foundation Repair, we create a comprehensive repair plan suited to your home which could incorporate some of the following methods: steel pilings, concrete pressed pilings, void fill, pad and block supports, and/or wood supports. All these can play an integral part in returning and maintaining the structural integrity of your home.
In addition to Concrete and Steel Piling we offer Polyurethane Foam Injection. Foam injection can be used to stabilize & repair sidewalks, driveways, patio porches, raise the center of the house up and fill slab voids. A Technician will come and evaluate the area (s) in question and determine the proper solution to stabilize the slab.
A reputable company should be glad to visit and inspect the apparent damage without charge. There are steps you can take to help prevent damage, though there is no surefire way to prevent all damage from occuring. Please see the preventative maintenance section. The repair process can take as few as 2-3 days, but be ready for longer durations if damage is extensive.
Cracking in the brickwork (or other masonry), especially in the mortar, is a sure sign of foundation problems. The foundation itself may be cracked or sinking. In any case, the foundation is no longer supporting the exterior masonry which tends to settle over the weak foundation area. Cracking may be less evident on exterior surfaces such as wood frame.

Within 10 years of installing concrete piers on a house that I recently bought, Abilene Foundation Repair piers have sunken to - 6 inches. WOW. And warranty transfers must be done within 10 days of closing...something I found out after 4 months of trying to get information from and an appointment with these guys. Honestly...very disappointed in all aspects of this company. I never did get a price from them, but I bet they're cheap because I have no earthy idea why anyone else would use them.

Do not waste your time with this company. Anytime I call, I’m never able to reach someone who actually knows what’s going on. I have been dealing with Abilene Foundation Repair since July of 2020, when we called them to take a look at the foundation during our home-buying process, and it has been such a nightmare ever since. We have been “on the schedule” since April, and still haven’t had any work done. My house has continued to decline over the past year, thus I’ve been forced to find another company to take care of the issue. This will void my warranty with Abilene Foundation Repair

This company screwed me out of thousands of dollars!!! After the job was over they never measured their work. My house is worse than it was before they came. Had me sign a contract that they weren't responsible for any damage they do to walls or doorways. That is all that they did lift my house up here and there. Cracked most of the walls in my house. 4 of my doors will not shut now. My back patio has a huge crack into it now. All the tile in my kitchen has popped loose and their are holes in the ground where the dirt has settled by my house. They said they would bring a load of dirt to fill in

Honest and trustworthy. I had foundation repairs completed with another company years ago. Cracks started coming back and my front door wouldn’t open beginning two years ago. I had difficulty getting the previous company to come out. John was up front and honest about the repairs needed. The crews were professional, though got delayed because of the rain. They came out the next day and finished everything. I’d recommend them to friends and family.

Good people just shady work. Left the foundation straight in there eyes. Used only a three foot level on the carpet. More doors won't fit than the original 1 now 3 won't shut. The employees were arguing 90% of the time about the adjustments. Left the yard around the house all screwed up. Had to have them come back out to fix a hole they left unfilled under the house and water was pooling in it. Sheet rock was destroyed and they refused to fix it. Hoise "looks" worst now then before.
