We were referred to this company by our realtor for a second look at an issue we encountered in our living room. Pedro was able to identify a completely separate issue with two of the outside brick walls within minutes of starting his inspection. We were able to have the walls repaired before moving into the house and are grateful that it came at no extra cost to us. We called West Tech Foundation because of the favorable reviews online. We had a settling crack that seemed to slowly be getting bigger. We were concerned it might be the foundation. Thomas examined our home and explained that the foundation was good and we only needed some small repairs. What a relief and how refreshing to have a very knowledgeable, honest man not try to sell us on a lot of stuff we didn’t need. Call this company! You can trust them. I had two exterior walls that were showing signs of cracking mortar, brick, and separation. I was apprehensive about having a foundation company come and look at but WestTech was open and honest about what was needed. Professional and punctual. Was able to fit the job in which I was appreciative of. The crew was tidy as in took the time to put down tarps instead of just dumping dirt in my yard. Concrete was required to be removed as part of the job and the new concrete was done nicely. I couldn't be more pleased with how every thing was handled. Great job WestTech!

There is nothing more scary than discovering you have a problem with the foundation on your house---especially on concrete foundation for a small addition done 20 years ago. Typically homeowners insurance does not cover this and they didn't in our case. We had visions of $$$$ evaporating in the air. We contacted WestTech Foundation repair and got an estimate. They did the job in a single day. Obviously, they had to dig, and they did a perfect job of cleaning up. The rest of our house is pier and beam. The rest of the house could collapse in the future, but the addition will still be standing. These
