Rug Cleaning Report

Azari has employed a traditional process of cleaning handmade rugs for over 25 years. Our process begins by gently bathing your rug to loosen deeply embedded soil. Next we apply our hand mixed and environmentally-friendly shampoo, scrub your rug, and give extra attention to the soiled areas. Finally, your rug gets a rinse and is hung to air dry.

We understand how busy life can be, so we want to make the rug purchasing process as easy as possbile. We will come to your home, observe the rooms in which you would like to place a rug, and make recommendations about the appropriate size, design, and color.

Rug Restoration Report

Our experts provide professional repair and restoration services for all of your floor coverings, specializing in hand-made Persian, Oriental and Navajo rugs. This service is available for both rugs purchased at Azari as well as previously purchased rugs. We believe your rug should be evaluated often to prevent tears, worn spots or frazzled ends before becoming a larger, more expensive restoration.

Rug Care Tips Report

Vacuuming is one of the best preventative measures for keeping your rug healthy and restoring life to the natural fibers. Vacuum regularly but be careful not to vacuum the fringe. This isn't good for the rug or the vacuum cleaner! Rug Padding is recommended for all rugs that receive any amount of foot traffic.

Azari Rug Gallery is always interested in adding to our fine selection of antique and hand-made rugs. Please contact us if you have a rug you wish to sell. If you need a rug, come to this place!! I spent a bunch of time trying to find something online, but am glad I decided to pick out something in person instead. The quality of rugs was way better than stuff I've found online-- this store had rugs from all over the world. The staff was friendly. They asked questions to figure out what style I liked, and helped me find something within my budget. I live in a small apartment and needed something that would add texture and warmth to my study area, and had fun finding the perfect thing amidst the large stockpile of rugs. We had Azari clean a Persian rug we have earlier this summer. They did a fabulous job for a fair price! We aren't in the market for more rugs, but if we were, I'd come here to shop. The times we came in to drop off and pick up the rug, I looked around a bit and they have some fabulous looking rugs. A LOT of rugs. The family who owns this business and work here were very friendly and helpful.

From the speedy response to my initial inquiry all the way to the return of my cleaned and repaired rugs, Azari has been terrific!

They picked up and cleaned three rugs. One rug needed a repair and the price for that was perfect. The cleaning made everything so bright and fresh.

The pick up and delivery staff were fantastic.

This company knows what they are doing and have great service. I am so happy!

What a super experience. We've shopped at Azari Rug Gallery previously (and purchased two rugs). We needed rugs for a new home in Santa Fe. After some online shopping and previewing, I requested prices on about a 1/2 dozen rugs and Melissa had them to me in a about an hour. I made and appointment the next day and after a pulling the rugs, we came to some quick conclusions about the direction I was going. Cut to a trip downstairs, we pulled several more, unrolled them upstairs to preview and narrowed things down in no time. Everyone couldn't have been more helpful and offered great suggestions.

Our new rug (6 X 9) arrived today from Azari Rug Gallery, and we are totally thrilled with it. This is the first time we ever purchased a Persian rug on-line, and we were quite apprehensive. However, the rug was exactly as represented, and the colors were true to the photos. In fact, the rug looks better than the photos. Evan was terrific and totally honest and reliable. Wanting appraisals for three carpets I hoped to sell on eBay but having no car or truck to bring them to the shop, I was pleasantly surprised when Jay and Melissa agreed to visit my apartment to conduct the appraisals. We purchased a Persian Qom while in Bahrain and wanted to hang it on the wall. We had loops put on the rug while in Bahrain but due to the weight it sagged quite a bit when we tried to hang it with a rod.

After searching yelp for a place to take our rug we came across Azari Rug Gallery. We made an appointment so the owner could take a look at the rug and discuss the best way to hang it.

Jay was very knowledgeable about our rug and told us exactly what the rug dealer in Bahrain told us. He even translated the Arabic writing on the rug for us. It was quite an expensive purchase and we were relived

I had passed this shop for several years, thinking "This is a Real Rug Store." I never expected to get to see the rugs inside. Azari rug was pleasant for every part of my transaction with them. From walking me though the process of the cleaning to keeping the rug in storage until I was ready to pick it up.

The owner, Jay, is so charming, knowledgeable, and passionate about each rug and it truly shows I'm their magnificent collection of beautiful rugs so perfectly reserved. Monique, the sakes associate is also so lovely and incredibly patient to with with.

I'm saving up for that day when I can afford an incredible Turkish rug of my own, and shop at Azari when that day happens.

I just had them clean one small antique rug and one very large vintage rug from the 1930's which is ruined. I will take the rug to another cleaner to see if they can possibly undue the damage that Azari has done but it is highly unlikely. What was once a lovely cream on this large, beautiful rug is now a filthy looking gray. It is really sad. I will try and attach a before and after photograph.
