OMGoodness. I was totally amazed by the customer service they provided me--after five years we discovered a minor problem which they immediately repaired at no cost, no argument and with very little delay--and this was in the SPRINGTIME during their busiest season. I would recommend Columbus Awning to anyone!!

Awesome awning and awesome service. From the first contact with Columbus Awning Company (via email) the service was great. The awning is high quality, well made and custom to our application. The welds look great on the frame, the material is really nice and matched the sample I was shown. Jen, my sales person was a great help in picking the correct awning. The installers did awesome, and it was really cold out, great job guys, this awning is secure.. I can tell as a builder, this is done right.
