I have contacted Matt Reeder 8 or 9 times to get him to put a replacement fabric (which I ordered directly from Sunsetter) on my awning. He was very friendly and promised to follow up and do the job for me. Now I can’t get him to even return my calls. I think he is a good talker, probably a good salesman, but not good on follow-through.

From our first encounter to the installation today, every aspect of our relationship has been top notch. After we lost a large tree that shaded our entire patio we lost the ability to enjoy the space anytime after noon till sunset. Looked at several brand but decided on the highest quality SunSetter.
Had to wait for delivery but customer service kept us advised and in the end, moved our installation ahead by two days. The installers were efficient and super helpful. Explained installation and operation.

About 3 years ago, Weather Armor installed new gutters and "guttergloves" around the house. This year we discovered water in basement coming from a separation in the gutter seams, creating a mini waterfall. When contacted, Weather Armor was very responsive (only asking one question) and quickly scheduled an appointment, at no cost, to come out and inspect and/or repair.
