The tech showed up on time with all the proper tools. Did a thorough check of the system, cleaned the coils, did a pressures check, and determined that all was good. All this after the manager had come to the house on a 95 degree day (a Friday no less) because my unit had stopped working. He was on his way home (3.5 hrs away) to visit family but he knew we had company from out of town so he took the time to help us out. Got the unit fixed and running again but suggested the check-up which we completed with the tech later the following week. I can't praise Knight highly enough for their high level

I called Knight Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. in Branson about a complete replacement of my 25 year old AC and furnace. Brent promptly arranged to meet with me at my home and reviewed my heating and cooling requirements. After discussing various options, Brent prepared a proposal and we scheduled a date for installation.
When the installation day arrived, Mike and Heath arrived first thing in the morning. Both were very professional, courteous, and diligent during the entire process. I could not have been more pleased with the service and installation I received from Knight. It was a pleasure

Very pleased with the recent install of our new HVAC system. Heath, Jim and Jordan did a fantastic job. Very courteous and professional. Austin stopped by at end of the day to help with final checks and then came by the following day to install a missing cap. Well done from start to finish.

Highly recommend. The team was at my house 3 1/2 days. Always on time, very professional young men, clean, polite, worked well together, everyone of them had a job assignment and solved all my problems. The crew was knowledgeable and did outstanding work. They took pride in what they do and were particular as to the quality of work. The team leader answered all questions, explained all details and went through the WiFi thermostat in detail. Great company that does great work and have great installer teams.
