These guys came out on the hottest friday evening, of july. About 8 p.m.
Their service man found the problem, within the a.c.unit, and had gone home before 9.
It was a good thing everything was under warranty. Unfortunately it took all week to get the part from trane.
But was so happy they got it installed, the morning after they recieved the part.
Want to say thank you to the boys, for working so hard, in the heat , to fix my house. The old dog is grateful, to be napping with air conditioning!!

D&B replaced my water heater and did a wonderful job. They are a class act! I can't say enough for the professionalism they provided. I will be replacing the air handler in my condo soon, and they will be the company I will call. Do yourself a favor and contact them!

My family has used D & B to fix our heating unit on two separate occasions a few years apart. Another repairman told me I needed a whole new unit. These guys fixed a sensor (one time just by cleaning it--easy fix) and it was right as rain. Service person was always prompt and the prices are fair. Good company, honest workers. I'm a fan. This family owned business treated us like family.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Had them come out to check our air since it quit working. The tech said the compressor went out. This was on a Friday. Still haven’t heard back the following Wednesday. Called the office numerous times and the “sales guy” Ray refused to ever call us back. The receptionist kept telling me she would leave a message for him to call back. I finally asked to speak with the owner and he never called back either. We have yet to find out the problem with our air or how much it will cost and haven’t even received the courtesy of a returned call from anyone. Horrible business

I have had my capacitor go out every two years with this company. They put in a cheap one which goes out within two years, leaving me boiling hot until they can come out again. I tried calling the owner about the problem but he refused to return my call. Their price is low so I am not complaining about that, they just need to use better replacements.
Update: The owner has now called me two years later, after I had my capacitor go out again last year and had to pay another company to do the job. Now he says he is going to call his attorney because I didn't pay the last bill two years ago. Well

Excellent service from Ray who came to assess our situation and carefully explain the needs and options for replacing our very old air conditioner and furnace. The young men who came to install the new units were knowledgable and did a great job, completing their work in one day. They came when they said they would and completed work when they promised. I would recommend this company without reservation.

We have nothing but great things to say about D&B. They sold us the correct sized unit for our home when other companies wanted to sell us an over sized unit for thousands more. They were competitive in price. Prompt to install and able to not only answer my questions, but educate me about H-Vac in general so I understood what I was purchasing. I even call them to work on my office unit where I am renting office space. They are prompt, professional and affordable.
