I can’t say enough about John at Monton Garage! So knowledgeable, honest, and helpful! I wanted to switch from an overhead door opener to a side mount door opener. I told him I was a little OCD and worried about seeing wires as other places I called said they would definitely be exposed. We had our main loading dock door spring fail in the middle of the night. Our business does not work without this door. Surprisingly, John had the correct set of springs - on hand! Our door was working within a day. Can’t thank them enough.

I had a difficult time finding a reliable company to move a barn overhead door to another location and reinstall. I found Monton OHD service and glad I did.

We were incredibly pleased with our experience. John met us after 10 pm one evening when our garage door broke to make sure it could be shut for the night for safety reasons. We then decided to replace the door. He offered great examples and insight into the choices. He was great at communicating and on time and did a fantastic job going above and beyond our expectations! John is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done to fix our garage door spring, provided a timeline to expect parts in and date to come back to repair. He even came out on Thanksgiving weekend!!! When the time came to install the new spring, he worked around our schedule so we didn't have to take time off from work and went above and beyond with performing overdue maintenance on the door (oiling and adjusting all moving parts) My husband and I will definitely recommend Monton Overhead Door and will be using them for any future service needs. Monton Overhead Door went above and beyond with their customer service and garage door replacement. November 2017 my garage door quit working not only did it quit working it buckled due to a faulty spring and my door bent. I contacted John and he was there within a day to assess the door. He was thorough with explaining EVERYTHING in detail from fixing just the spring to replacing the door. John really knows his stuff and pays great attention to detail. We ended up going with a whole new system with keypad entry and Bluetooth connectivity. I am thrilled with my door and love being able to open

I want to thank John for his honesty . I'd had several quotes from other door co. And they would tell me quotes with insulated doors when my garage wasn't anyway. They also claimed I needed a whole new door and fixtures and John is fixing my unit as it is but rebuilding with some old and some new parts making it far more reasonable a price to handle. He's not trying to skewer me because I am older and a woman so that is the the double whammy of getting played these days.

Monton Overhead Door installed our garage doors a little over a year ago when we built our home. They did a great job with the installation, and explained the opener controls and programming very well.
Fast forward 14 months. One of the openers stops working. I call the number on the sticker they put on the door, and John Monton answers and comes out a few hours later. After spending a lot of time on the phone with the manufacturer of the opener, he got the parts ordered for the repair. He also put a locking device on the door so we could secure it until the parts arrived.
