We look forward each and every time the team shows up. The best way to start a weekend is with an perfectly cleaned apartment, it just sets up the weekend for relaxation in our home. We could not do it without Maid in JC. Highly recommend them.

I am new to the JC area and have used Maid in JC about 6 times so far. I have used a lot of different cleaning services in my life and they are by far the most organized and professional. Everyone they have sent has been someone I felt completely comfortable having in my home (and, believe me, that has not always been true with other services). Plus they do an excellent job cleaning. I've already scheduled additional visits and plan to continue to use them. Highly recommended.

Zoila and Mirian did a fantastic job on my apartment. They are thorough and efficient. Not only did they take care of major areas like floors and bathrooms, but they also took the time to arrange small scattered items like keys and pens. Their attention to detail and going the extra mile makes a huge difference.

Wow wow wow, the best. My apartment has never been cleaner and the entire experience couldn't have been better. From arranging with Paula to Julia and Carmen just being the sweetest on the day and making quick work to a spotless apartment. Even left a cute first visit gift! Obsessed.

Team Julia and Ashley are great! I increased my cleanings from monthly to twice a month since getting a COVID puppy - well worth it! Maid in JC is always very professional, well executed, and are staying safe with masks / clear guidelines to follow.

Another great monthly cleaning by Maid in JC and staff members Carmen and Corina. We were away for a few days and came home to a spotless apartment. Also, Regina and Paula were flexible and accommodating when I asked to change my date, which was so helpful. Their costumer service is top notch.

Maid in JC provides a great service very well executed. I have been a monthly customer for more than a year and have been very happy with the service, communication, timeliness, etc. All top notch. I must admit it feels a bit expensive to me but that extra cost likely accounts for the staffing for quick responses, surveys, feedback opportunities, etc., all of which are ultimately important and a good investment in a local small business.

While I have needed cleaning services for some time, it was not until I started chemotherapy that I finally reached out to Maid in JC. Scheduling an appointment was super simple and secure, and these lovely women were able to work with my weird schedule. This was our first time hiring a house cleaning service, so we weren't sure what we were getting ourselves into. Well, turns out, we hit the jackpot by hiring this company! Maid in JC blew us away with an amazing job well done. We came home, and our house was sparkling clean, from the floors, to the showers, to the tiny details like our Berkey water filter!

First cleaning was done well but with an issue with one of the cleaners. This was relayed to the owners in a detailed message.

They seemed unconcerned with the quality of their cleaner and then promptly referred us to care.com.

This seemed unusual since one of the two cleaners was excellent and we wanted to continue with their services.

We would not recommend them to our friends.
