I am very satisfied. She did a terrific job, I liked how she organized little things, it was a nice touch, I will definitely have her again. Focused on what we asked her to do since we have a bigger place and didn't book a ton of time. On time, very thorough, and was able to complete everything I wanted done in the time discussed.

I booked a cleaning session through Dapper Maids and will never do it again.
Although Jayla showed up to clean, my house wasn't any different when I came home. In addition to having a discussion of what I wanted done, I left a detailed list of what I wanted her to accomplish, but none of it was completed. I took pictures and sent them. I tried to give her an opportunity to explain, but after my 1st 2 texts, it was obvious she blocked my number. I requested a refund with the company, and she has 7 days to respond. I doubt she will refund my money and I won't be using Dapper maids any

I bought a Groupon for Cozy Maid/Dapper Maid/Homeaglow . They sent me a cleaner that scratched my stainless steel dishwasher and I just wanted it repaired. I asked about insurance and they said they don’t have insurance. They have avoided the claim and offered me a credit for more cleaning service., They will not call me back to work with me.

I purchased a Groupon and it was for 4 hours. It is very misleading. The cleaner told me he is a surface cleaner, but for 4 hours and based on the description on the website of what is covered I expected more. I had to ask the cleaner about each thing that was listed and if he would do them. He was very nice but it doesn't appear that he was a cleaner. He said he was not a maid but a surface cleaner. That made no sense. It was nothing like the service I got with another company. I was not impressed.

Brandon did a terrible job. He showed up looking slovenly & high, and took the same pride in his work as he did in his appearance. All I wanted was that he dust thoroughly, and really clean my floors. After spending two hours here, he asked if I wanted him to clean my bedroom also...REALY, isn't it part of my house? He said he was finished in the kitchen, and when I looked at the counters, they had not even been wiped. He did not bring in a vacuum, so the rugs are still dirty, he used pine cleaner on my mirrors & tv screens, did not dust my bedroom, then left puddled of dirty water

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have used this company a few times, and we have had a couple cleaners who were great and did a great job; however, REPEATEDLY, the company/cleaners cancel very last minute. They are also incredibly nonresponsive and don't even have a phone number you can call. We were supposed to have a cleaner here today at noon. I confirmed the appointment last night and again today at 11:30. Then around noon (when the appointment was supposed to start) I all of a sudden get a text from the cleaner, Melanie, saying I need to reschedule. I called and it went right to Melanie

Yup. Scam company. I bought a Groupon for Cozy Maids but the sign-up/registation re-routed to Dapper Maids. The cleaner was fine, but Dapper Maids made it impossible to apply coupon. Total scam. No phone number. "Auto help" has a loop that never addresses the question (payment/apply group on). No help at all. I highly recommend you avoid this company!

The housekeeper, Porshia, who CHOSE to take my job, didn't show up, didn't answer calls, didn't respond to texts until one hour and forty minutes AFTER she was scheduled to arrive. Our ridiculous, unprofessional as hell text convo is posted as a pic with the GENERIC phone number dappermaids gives!
They also give this email:Â emma@dappermaids.com, and got a reply saying no one can respond from this email address. So why do the tell us to send comments and concerns there?

After getting a confirmation the day before, the cleaner never showed up. There was no contact number for the company. I could text the cleaner, but she (Alyssa) would not respond. There was a phone number for that text, but it always went to voicemail. Terrible experience, wish I could give 0 stars.

WORST CLEANING SERVICE EVER!!!!! This is literally the worst cleaning company I've ever experienced. This shady woman entered my apt and i gave her the benefit of the doubt but she cleaned NOTHING. First of all, she asked me what she should clean... what???? Cleaning people should already know what a standard cleaning entails. My apartment wasn't even that dirty. I was told that I had three hours of cleaning and she argued with me to say that it was two. So two hours later I came back and the Apartment looked the exact same, if not worse, than it was before. I actually have a hard time believing this company exists. I had a Groupon and tried scheduling appointments. In November I had an appointment scheduled and she needed to reschedule because she had "car trouble". I'm pretty understanding so I didn't make a big deal out of it and rescheduled with her. The second appointment I had with her, she didn't show up. I shared my concerns with the company and decided just to not go along with the cleaning. Luckily I received a refund from Groupon.

THIS IS A SCAM. My cleaner, Jerome, literally did not clean a single thing. I couldn't believe it. I then received an email asking me to review him, but the button to submit the review didn't work -- again, TOTAL SCAM. I wrote the Dapper Maids help team and recieved no response. I wasted $100 for a service I did not receive. I will be contacting Groupon for a refund, but I strongly advise you to not waste your time and money with this joke of a company. I'm so, so, so upset with this experience. I can't believe what a scam this is.

Unlike other reviews I had no problem scheduling an appointment through Groupon and the person who showed up was very nice. However the cleaning job was unacceptable. I'll just post the email I just sent to their customer support through their website:

SCAM!! The maid that came did a terrible job. Even after I paid for extra time. I paid for 6 hours but he left before 5 hours.
The website continues to charge you every month even after you cancel. I contacted them and they said there's a $99 early cancellation fee (which I never saw disclosed when I first scheduled the cleaning...did anybody else?). Otherwise, they'll keep charging you every month.
Be warned, and do not sign up for this service!!

The organization has a significant shortage of maids and a very high "no show rate", coupled with a complete absence of communication before, during, or after a no-show. They just leave you high and dry or make up a non-sensical excuse like "my GPS was down."Last I checked, GPS going down doesn't prevent you from reaching out that you need to cancel the appointment.

I found them through Groupon for a move-out clean. The day of the appointment, they were a no-show. I called the person assigned to my job and she asked to reschedule and sounded as if she really didn't want to do the work at all. I found another company called SIGNATURE MAIDS who were able to come over that same day, and they did an AMAZING and AFFORDABLE job. I can't recommend SIGNATURE MAIDS enough.

We booked 2 weeks in advance & arranged our schedule around this appointment (including travel plans living in 2 different cities). Two hours before they are scheduled to arrived they cancel by TEXT! I receive a second text stating they are looking for a replacement so we had no idea if someone if showing up at our house. We waited for the next two hours and fifteen minutes & received a THIRD text that no one was available and to reschedule (15 mins past their scheduled time). ABSOLUTELY unacceptable and so unprofessional. We will not be rescheduling!

I found dapper maids through Groupon and their service was so excellent that I keep going back to them.
Patrice, the lady who helped me with my cleaning, was a delight to have in my home. She was very thorough and detail oriented. She gave me a call the night before to get an overview of the cleaning needs and products to be used. We did a walk through of the house prioritizing difference aspects of the jobs. She was excellent with communication all throughout. I highly recommend her!

I bought a groupon for a 2 hour cleaning and the maid canceled 5 hours before she was scheduled to arrive due to the marathon and public transportation being shut down. First of all I live in NYC and I am sure she knew about the marathon for quite some time before this morning at 9am, secondly the subways are still running with usual weekend work. As a result I am now unable to get my apartment cleaned and my groupon will expire. Extremely disappointed.
