We ended up not requiring mold remediation after all (THANKFULLY), but I had such a positive experience with Chicagoland Mold Doctors that I felt compelled to leave a review. From start to finish, we received PHENOMENAL customer service. The young lady that I initially spoke to on the phone was awesome and Allen, the gentleman that came to our home, was incredibly professional, polite and HONEST which is hard to come by these days. Although we did not end up using their services, I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that I know who does (unfortunately) need mold removal.

Tiffany was on time. She set up a safe enclosed area before accessing the roof hatch. She cleaning and removed all the mold. After a period to let it dry, painted the surface with a mold deterrent paint. She did a wonderful job and cleanup. None of this would be possible if not for Alan Yasdick and his professional estimate of the job.

Buyer's inspection of my house found trace amounts of mold in the basement. I had already moved to another state, so was at a loss as to how to deal with this, and how to get it done before close. My realtor contacted Chicagoland Mold Doctors on my behalf. They came out immediately, provided a clear and appropriate proposal, and did the work promptly. These guys are amazing! We had a complete R&R of a bathroom and hard to get to utility closet. They did a great job, great staff and efficient, it was perfect. Funny I see there trucks everywhere now after using them. Keep up the good work!
