Services
Initial Cost for a mold inspection is $300 which includes a complete inspection. This includes Moisture Meter Readings, C02/Temperature Measurements, and Thermal Imaging Camera used throughout the property. 2 Air Samples are also included. If necessary you will be given the option to submit additional tests @ $75 each based on recommendations from our Licensed Mold Assessor.
Every inspection starts with a full visual check of the property. Our inspector will use a moisture meter and/or thermal imaging camera to find problematic areas that may be a source of indoor mold growth. We'll leave no area of your home or business unchecked when trying to find these problems. We'll even evaluate the attic if we see signs of staining or growth on ceilings indicating the roof could be leaking.

This is the second time he has helped us when we needed an honest, forthright, dependable, prompt, articulate, timely and responsive mold inspector who knows how to identify mold and moisture problems!! Ryan does his inspections with very impressive, high-tech equipment and documents the entire inspection in a easy to understand format.
