My key I had for my car snapped in half and everywhere that I called to try to repair it were giving me an estimate that was too high for me but when I contacted All pro lock & key and they charged me half of what the Toyota dealership gave me. They were honest, quick, caring and they kept you in the loop of what they were going to do. VERY WELL WOULD RECOMMEND ALL PRO LOCK&KEY.

Jon was nice and it seemed like everything would be great however communication was piss poor and I was ghosted after he couldn't program the key Fob. To top it off he locked the truck with the key Fob inside! Very unprofessional to just ghost someone all because you can't figure out how to program a key fob. I left 3 texts and 1 voicemail and didn't get a response back! Way to do business!!!!

I have asked them to come rekey a home that I recently bought. This house is a old house and had lots of original things still in this house, which included the locks on the doors. When they were trying to rekey it they noticed that I would need a whole new lock, without any hesitation they went and got me a new lock, installed, and matched the key to all of my other doors I needed to be done. They were so friendly, and knew everything that they were talking about. I would highly recommend them for their work. You will not be disappointed.

I was very impressed with Jon at All Pro. He came to our home to program a key fob and was very pleasant to work with. He was upfront with his prices and they seemed very reasonable. He even promised not to charge me anything if the key fobs we purchased could not be programmed. In a short time, he was able to program them and was off. I would certainly recommend All Pro!

Second experience was a good as the first! Bob cut a replacement responder key for our car and programmed a new remote FOB on the first visit. Second visit involved two more remote FOBs (we're kind of hard on FOBs evidently LOL) but these didn't program quite as easily or quickly. Bob was persistent and patient and worked until he found the perfect solution. All Pro Lock & Key is one of the very few places in Lincoln NE to tackle FOBs and at a very competitive price. I called All Pro and told them no rush on this but we need a new door re-keyed. They showed up in under two hours! They were professional, friendly, reasonably priced and did more than was necessary. (The original contractor put the front door lock on upside down. They reinstalled it right side up at no charge.) They were very kind to our dogs, doing their best to not upset them while coming through the house. I wish we could get this kind of service every time we need something fixed around here!

Absolutely incredible. I lost my only car key over the weekend, connected with Bob today, and he came out this evening across town to make a new key because it was an emergency. I had called to cancel when I thought I found another solution but he came back out after 6:30 and stayed until 9:00pm. He and John are true professionals and not only do a great job but make sure you understand what is being done. Would recommend again and again. Call All Pro and you won't be disappointed.

Bob was just great. I had locked my keys in my car downtown. He was there within 15 minutes and had my car unlocked within 10. He was so friendly and professional. He knew exactly what to do and had the tools on hand. Hopefully it won't happen again, but if it does, I'm definitely calling All Pro again!!!!!

I recently had moved into a place and unknowingly locked my room door before heading to work. When I got home I came to this realization and called Bob around seven in the evening. Bob and Derek were at my door within ten minutes and got to work, had my door open shortly after. Bob even made me a couple keys since there were none to this door. These guys saved our evening. I locked our keys in the house an hour before we had company coming over and didn't have a spare. I called several different places and either got no answer or guys who couldn't make it out for a couple hours. I called Bob and he was at our house in fifteen minutes and had the door unlocked in five. Fantastic service, thank you very much!
