I could not recommend this business highly enough. The key to my home snapped off in the lock at 11 pm at night, and they were at my house within 30 minutes to help. Even though it proved more difficult that initially thought, the gentleman even went back to the shop and decoded my broken key and was able to make me a new one at midnight. Because of a medical condition, I was in need of my medication, and he was the only reason I was able to get in my house and get it. If you're trying to decide who to give your business to, don't hesitate to choose Lincoln Lock & Safe. A+ all day.

All the staff at their business was very kind and considerate. I lost the key to an old metal coin savings bank from the 1960;s and they were able to open it and provide me with a new key to use in it as well. They listened well to my request for assistance and promptly took care of the problem at hand. I would highly recommend this company for all of your locksmith needs.

Midway into the project, we were stuck, frustrated, missing key materials, and needed immediate help. I called the 24/7 line at Lincoln Lock and Safe and received exactly the help we needed right away. Not only this but Caleb was able to help us with another door handle/lock and a garage door opener that needed a new code. We were all struck by the excellent customer service we received from start to finish and the reasonable cost of service

Lincoln Lock and Safe just left and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I pulled my key out of the ignition and the ignition cylinder came out with it. After calling around and finding I'd need a locksmith I found most to be closed on Saturday and only two in Lincoln provide the service I needed
I was stranded at the grocery store. Got a ride home. Caleb said he'd meet me at my car in 45 minutes. My ride to the store managed to get it started and so I cancelled my service with Lincoln Lock and Safe and once on my way home decided I better get it done right and not just

My wife and I recently chose Lincoln Lock & Safe to upgrade the locks on our house and to purchase a new safe. During both projects, Caleb and Timothy went out of their way to meet our needs. They even opened the office outside of business hours so a meeting could fit with our schedule! As an added plus, we found their prices to beat the competition.
I realize Craig had a bad experience--but I would certainly recommend their team based on their knowledge, professionalism and prices!
