Blake came to our house today. 12/15/21 He sprayed everything outside. He was nice to my crazy kids. Then on top of everything, as he was leaving, my dad was pulling in the driveway. My dad got stuck in the snow. Blake helped get my dad's car out before leaving. He was so nice.

We needed a new bug company and the sales person sold me on their service so I went ahead and gave them a try. They came out to my house FOUR different times and there were still bugs everywhere! I was with beeline prior and they did amazing. So I wanted to cancel with White Knight and they said I had to pay $150 to cancel my service! I’m so mad not even the supervisor cared. We don’t want to pay for a service that didn’t work. They were not professional they were rude and didn’t care that their product DOESN’T work!!! They wouldn’t even wave the fee so I had to pay more money to them

Got this service originally because we're in a new development and they offered a product to be put in before grass was laid. After two services I called to cancel because I usually spray my own house for bugs. I had paid for the year up front. They told me that if I was to cancel they would have to charge me a fee in addition to keeping the year's payment. I argued that the salesman said if we cancelled at any time we would just have to pay the difference in the initial visit which would be the difference between $33 and $1. But apparently what the salesman said and what the company says is completely

When I asked to cancel the service because I was already paying for pest control with my HOA, they would not let me out the of the contract. They even threatened to send me to collection! Any business that puts profit ahead of customer satisfaction is not ethical. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is a total rip off. They came to my house twice never went in my backyard because I was not home and they could not figure out how to get back there even though I told them how to get there, they wanted me to let them walk through my house. I cancelled but it's a $200 fee to cancel. So I am out $450 for basically spraying my 6x6 strip of grass in my front yard. I had to call 3 times, three weeks in a row to get them to cancel and then they pretended like they could not hear me. Don't waste your money. I have used other companies that cost half the price and were smart enough to figure

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! When we first signed up with the company they were great we would get phone calls and texts on when they were coming out for our services. As time went on I would get calls from the techs after they had sprayed my home but not before so that I could be there to let them in and have them do the back yard. The last couple of services I have had to have them do re-services consistently because they would not inform me prior to showing up. Then this quarter rolls around and of course the tech shows up without notice and I reschedule them to come yet again last week. Guess

I really appreciated that James from White Knight let me know when he arrived so we could lock our dogs inside while he worked. He asked me if I was having any specific concerns and he addressed those. Despite the crazy heat, was very friendly and personable. Thank you James!

Fantastic service. Effective against all of my pest needs thus far. We've had spiders, ants, wasps, earwigs, beetles, and rats! 1st technician I had wasn't the best but Jordan has become my regular tech and he is awesome! Friendly, professional, and efficient. I feel that I'm listened too and taken care of. All for one low all-inclusive price

I had Cade Douglas knock on my door about rodent issues in the neighborhood since it was a new development. We talked about the service white knight provided and to help prevent issues as construction continued and entering cold weather. Whatever they did to treat the issue did not work, my frustration was I had nothing to show for their treatment. In October / Nov I had an issue with rodents and had to call a different pest control company to help me out and to mitigate the issue. Over a two week time period we got things under control. I paid White Knight for this service already and to no avail
