I signed up early this year and besides the initial 2 visits I have had problems with them. They advertised no hassle, no cost touch up visits. When I reached out to schedule one (because I still had a lot of bugs) I had no response for over a week. When I finally got ahold of someone they admitted that no one monitors that contact info, gave me a number they always answer for and we scheduled someone to do a touch up. Later in the year the time came and passed for my quarterly service and no one had attempted to contact me about setting up an appointment. A month after I had to call them to see

They came and sprayed inside and outside. A salesman came the night before and said they could do it the next day. I called them the next morning because I was worried it was a scam and I had given them my card information. I hadn't received the contract yet in my email and I was assured it would be there soon, which it was within the hour. We were going to move to Davis county a week after they sprayed and the salesman said we could continue our contract there. They called us a week later and said that they aren't open in Davis county yet so they let me out of the contract and only charged me

Wasatch Pest Control is the best! Bob takes very good care of us. The service techs are always professional and polite. If I ever have an issue (bug sighting) after a service Bob will schedule a follow up and address all of our needs. I have been with Wasatch Pest Control for years...even through a big move. They are willing to come up to South Jordan to service my home and I am very grateful. They really do a fantastic job!

Fifteen years ago, there was a knock at my door. Standing proud and full of pep was a young man. He kindly asked if I would like to sign up with Wasatch Pest Control. I informed him, I had a company already contracted. He pointed up to a wasp nest and said " they aren't doing a good job" SOLD.... I switched and never look back. They are wonderful and accommodating. I'm a tough customers, creepy crawlies give me anxiety, if I see too many, a quick call to Bob and someone is out within hours. The technical gents who spray are polite, respectful and very sweet gentle men. I would recommend Wasatch

Wasatch Pest Control has kept my home free from spiders, ants, and any other creepy crawlies that I just don't see because WPC is so good, for over 10 years. They are absolutely worth the time and money you spend on them. The tech is always polite, thorough, and engaged in his work. I've turned down every pest control salesman for the last 10 years because Wasatch Pest Control does a fabulous job!
