The salesman I worked with at the beginning was superb, but when I was handed off to the Project Manager I was greatly disappointed. He did not return calls except under a great deal of pressure and did not make right a situation that occurred because of the bathtub install. Drywall was left damaged but the Project Manager washed his hands of it. I was left to hire my own drywall repairman to fix what the installers damaged. Also neither of the installers was a professional plumber as I was led to believe. I'm not sure what I paid so much for.

So, we had our initial consultation with Mitchell and Mark in mid November, 2021. First of all, they showed up right on time for our appointment. We met Jasmin at the Longmont Home Show & we were impressed from the start! Then Mark & Mitchell came out for an estimate... again very impressed!! Great, friendly guys, superb product, family owned, and they have the Good Housekeeping seal! We have had a lot of quotes from other companies and none of them come close to Bath Planet!! I so appreciated Mark and how he explained everything about our bathtub remodel during our initial conversation. We were considering other options, but after speaking with him, we knew we wanted to go with Bath Planet. Everything was backlogged when we first spoke in March, so we were told that the install wouldn’t happen until August. The install actually ended up happening yesterday and the day before, about a month after initially stated, but that was ok. The new bathtub looks great, and Oscar and his working partner were efficient, cordial, and professional.

Anyone who is considering a bathroom remodel should read all the reviews including BBB , we now realize there are much better bath remodel company's in the Denver area , ref one review from Dave K. of Omaha NE, 5 star rating mentioning owners Joe and Jerry Simon , I have been unsuccessfully trying to talk with either of them through Shelly (Sister and Manager ) both of our shower remodels were poorly done , it took airing this on Tom Martino troubleshooter show to get anything done, now a promise of the small basement shower is to be redone in October and the converted tub to shower to

Terrible company that does shotty work. They did a bunch of illegal modifications to our plumbing and have refused to fix it!
We just found out they aren't even licensed in Colorado! They use any person who can swing a hammer and they have no licenses or training!

I've added photos to show what they did. If you've been using these installers from day 1, I feel bad for all of the other unsuspecting homeowners who have no idea what you did to their house.

I just met my bath tub salesman, Mitchell, and was very pleased with our interaction. He has terrific listening skills. He asked questions to understand exactly what I was hoping for in my bathroom project. He anticipated concerns about logistics and timelines and alleviated them. He was ultra pleasant, empathetic, sincere, and friendly- not intense like some salesmen can be. I trust him to do the right thing for me and my bathroom.

Bath Planet has been an absolute joy to work with! We have a pesky bathroom leak that needs to be fixed, and Daniel had a plan for us within a few minutes of taking a look at our bathroom. Daniel is awesome. He started by showing the A+ BBB rating of the company and reassured me of the training of the workers. Next came listening to my wants and wishes, This is a custom bathroom job, and I have very specific wants. Daniel took my comments and mixed in the measurements of the job, all of the choices of colors and styles, added in a great finance program, and will be installing a dream shower for my master bath. Don't bother with these guys. They send a guy over and he is real charming and we sign a paper with all these promises. "Done in a day, ready to go, everything we want is detailed, just sign to make it official." Two months later, a man finally comes to install... makes us move our cars early in the morning, comes in, takes one look and says "this isn't right." We were so excited to get our bathroom done and got several estimates and proposals. Unfortunately we selected Bath Planet. First, our remodel was delayed repeatedly without any notice which we understood given the state of manufacturing. However, in addition to being late every day and breaking our solar light, the biggest problems came after the remodel was done. I needed a tub replaced so I did some comparison shopping and discovered that I could get a shower conversion for the same price with Bath Planet. Mitch was great at the consultation very knowledgeable and professional and gave me a competitive quote. Next Mike came out a week later to double check measurements before ordering supplies. About a month after that Rick and Kenneth came and did the work. They were punctual and professional. They did great work and cleaned up after themselves.

I went to a recent home show and worked with 4 contractors for a tub conversion to a walk in shower. I looked at tile and acrylic. After getting bids I selected Bath Planet for the job. Mark did a great job on the bid. They were competitive and put together a great proposal. What I liked the most was they made date promises and performed exactly as promised. Their installers were professional, showed up on time, and finished the job as promised, in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and the finished shower is beautiful. Don't waste your money! They claim to use superior products and do the job quickly, but the stuff they use is no better than you can get at Home Depot (for way less money) and they do the job quickly, at the great expense of quality.
The salesman brings a sample of the onyx material that is about as thick as a slab of marble. This leads you to believe your shower walls will be this thick. He also talks about how it's laser measured so it can be custom fit to your space. Silly us, my wife and I thought this meant it was one piece, eliminating the chances of leaks. No. Please, don't. These people are terrible to work with. They over promise and under deliver. A two day project turned into three weeks. The project manager was hard to communicate with, sales team would only text, and the owner NEVER responded to me. They ended up sending a non-Bath Planet contractor to finish their work. He was good. So, save your money and get an independent contractor. 100% not worth the hassle or money.
