Absolutely terrible. As soon as you pop on their website it states, 'welcome all public vaxx'. Then has a go-fund me page. Separation at it finest. Was going to do a 'local' spa for girls day...we will find now a all inclusive spot. This is extremely disappointing to find out business are trying to make it their business.

I loved my steam bath, salt scrub, massage experience! If Heaven approximates the stress less comfort of this amazing retreat, I hope I get in.
Despite some initial embarrassment and the shock of being given a "cover up" roughly the size of a wash cloth, I soon immersed myself in the experience. Several spa "regulars" assured us that along with your clothes, this is the place to shed your cares, forget your troubles, and savor the joy of awakening senses.
The building is old, and ( if its steamy walls could speak) might offer us a rather unconventional view of Denver's

Great place to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere very accessible costs for massages and food! I've been visiting Lake Steam for many years and I always get treated wonderfully, although on my last visit I got to meet a manager I had not met before, his name is Maurizio.
He is the idea we all have for excellent professional, courteous, and just top notch customer care.
He treated everyone, including me, as if every single client was the ONLY client walking in through the door...amazing!!
Earlier I had spoken with him over the phone, and even through the phone I knew he was smiling and happy to take

Finally got to use the whole steam sauna, pool etc. it was fantastic. Steam was a little too hot, but cleaned out the pores ! Facilities were clean and well maintained. My massage was with Mark who gave a very therapeutic massage and I left feeling refreshed and energized. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will go back as soon as I can.

For what it is in the current Covid environment, this is an excellent no-frills spa option. Is it the best spa experience I've ever had? No, but it's convenient, clean, consistent, private, and reasonably priced. So far, I've been here 4 times in the last five months.
Price: $100/90 min. for the bathhouse (up to 6ppl but I never bring more than 2), which includes a hot tub, steam room, hot sauna, and showers - 3 rooms total. Small hand towel, bedsheet, and locker provided.
Space: You walk through a long hall, passing by the vanity room, restroom, and kitchen to get to the bath

I don't even know where to begin with how bad this experience was. First and foremost, The place is dirtier than any spa or even gym I've ever been to. The lady told me this place is 90 years old, and it really looks like it; The carpet is filthy and everything is covered in dust. I had to use the restroom, and the toilet was only hidden by a curtain in the hallway. In order to keep privacy between the locker room and the spa room, The glass was covered with tinfoil and duct tape. When we asked for a towel to use, they told us we use the bedsheet that they gave us to walk between rooms

Over the years I have enjoyed this place. The steam room and dry sauna area is older, but always clean and peaceful. During COVID they offer renting the entire space out for a really decent price. What a smart pivot. I know they are hurting because of this pandemic, so PLEASE support this business. The massages are always a winner also. Great Value. Great staff (esp Skye - manager).

Due to COVID.. they have changed hours and structure to gain access to the "bath house". That being said was able to rent the whole place for an hour and a half for Sauna, Steam room, Hot Tub, Cold water plunge and showers. For $100 this is a pretty good deal especially if you bring along 5 friends (6 people max per reservation). This time went by myself to detox and meditate. Compare to other spa's and saunas and it seems like a fair way to go due to the closures and new government regulations. Overall left feeling like it was enough time to satisfy the sauna fix. Facility is pretty

Once you get past the area and physical appearance this place is a great find. The service is number one with fantastic massage treatments to boot. I have suffered back pain for almost 18 years and after my 1.5 hour massage with David I felt 75% better. The steam and sauna surely helped prior to my treatment. I'll be back.

I've been coming here for 25 years, and let me tell you, if you are looking for a high-end spa please do not come here. But if you are a busy urban woman on a budget who needs R&R at an old school bathhouse look no further! Entry is only $20 for all day/night soaking, eucalyptus sauna, dry sauna, and steamy chill zone, plus $38 hour-long massages! The women and the staff are low-key and easygoing. I've loved most of my massages, but some massage therapists are better than others. And, they even have a cafe that supposedly rocks some great green chili. Women go Mondays, Thursdays,

Update: They're adding another ladies night! We get permanent Sundays beginning 9/1/19, opening at 4pm! What a time to be alive, ladies. I hope Sky still works the front desk, I love seeing him.
The establishment has really been working on sprucing the place up since my last review posted in 2015. I have one and only new complaint - the cafeteria. Prices are pretty steep these days for an egg sandwich, and the kitchen's attitude has sealed the deal for me to eat before I come. Which is sad. I really liked my egg sandwiches.
On another positive note, if you want to feel reborn, schedule

Was able to get back up to Lake Steam Baths while in Denver this week. I've been coming here very sporadically over the last ten years or so. While I've never had any issues with the setting and the staff has always been excellent, I have to say the feel when I walked in this time was exceptional. While couldn't put my finger on any specific changes, all I can say is that there is a much more welcoming, pleasant feel. As always, all of the staff I talked to were great and friendly and everything I was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Lake Steam Baths, the best Dry Sauna and

I freaking loved this place. Visiting from Boston and I had a few hours to kill before I could check-in to hotel and I thought I'd check it out. I go to a similar place in Boston, but this place is easily 5 times bigger and it has food, beer - everything you need to relax. Staff was wicked friendly and I felt so relaxed when I left. Definitely a must if you're in the area. Leave your modesty behind, drop-trou and sweat it out with the guys.

Great place to steam & relax. It's a little older place, but clean & the sauna was definitely hot & relaxing. I found a parking pretty easily. I had a massage w/Kendra. She was great & knew exactly what I needed & still gave me what I asked for. She was very kind, intuitive & had great pressure! Definitely ask for her.

Low key spa with great prices and a comfortable "homey" feel. We were visiting from out of town and needed a little relaxation after a rough conference. We spent several hours trying all their services and left in a much better mood with softer skin and relaxed muscles. The only problem was for a new person who has never experienced this kind of spa before, our tour didn't really explain the "how tos" of it all. We ended up having to ask other patrons who were all incredibly friendly and helpful.
