Our upstairs A/C went out in mid August. I had called my usual service the day it went out but they could not come for 48 hours. After 24 hours without A/C, I called Wade at 10 am. They had someone to me by 11:48 and had my air on by 12:07. Zach the technician was incredibly professional. The office called to let me know he was on his way and when he had arrived so there were no surprises at the front door. Wade Heating and Air called me the next day to make sure everything was okay. I cannot say enough good things about this great company.

In the past couple of weeks, I have had to buy a buy a HVAC for a rental house and repair the unit in my own home. Wade not only came the same day for both jobs, but provided amazing customer service and follow up. My father and brother are also happy customers. Wade Heating and Air has been providing annual service for me since installing my system. They were part of a renovation team coordinated by my contractor, so I had no previous experience with them. After dealing with their crew and engaging with their employees at all levels, I decided to use them for my routine service. They are awesome!! Just an amazing and trustworthy company.
