The crew who installed our HVAC was really outstanding, including Jordan, Drew, and Clay. They were all very knowledgeable and professional at all times. Ethridge replaced our entire AC system, indoors and out. Installation was fast and professional. However, about nine months later when the heat of the summer set it, it seemed that the cooling was inadequate and we asked them to reinspect it. They found a micro-leak in the coils–a defect in manufacturing, not installation–and promptly replaced it under parts and labor warranty. Excellent service, much appreciated.

Great job! We’ve used Etheridge Heating and Air several times over the past 20 years. We’ve never been disappointed… and this time was no exception. After the initial evaluation, they set an appointment a week out. They showed up on time and got the job done that day … even though it was a bit more complicated than expected. They are a professional company and do great work. I give them my highest recommendation.

Our neighbors had recommended Ethridge when our a/c went out. Andrew came out within hours of our call and evaluated the problem. He was great - matter of fact, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He recommended a new system to replace our decades old furnace and a/c, but was willing to schedule repairs if we had wanted to sink more money into it (we had an expensive repair last summer, so we didn’t want to keep going down that road). Honored an Expired 1 Year Warranty from 6 Years Ago.

Ethridge has installed and serviced units for our home since 2008, and they continue to provide the highest quality service in the industry. Recently, we had a service need on a Trane HVAC unit that Ethridge installed in 2009. Ethridge came to service the unit, and honored an expired 1 year service warranty from 2009. The matter was handled promptly and professionally. My family will continue to recommend and use Ethridge for all of our HVAC needs.

Not onboard with the positive reviews of this place. To summarize, a capacitor replacement will run you $280. A part that costs $8-$15 retail and I am sure they get it even cheaper wholesale. The work to replace it after diagnosing? 5 minutes. Diagnostic time? About 40 minutes, but only because the technician started looking at the wrong unit at first and trying to troubleshoot that. Would have been much quicker otherwise. Only positive thing is that they diagnosed the problem correctly. Granted, a simple and common problem.

We had to replace our air conditioner after 17 years and got 4 estimates, including one from our former installer/repair company. Ethridge by far exceeded the other companies in every way.
