Sondra is our sales person she was super thorough on policies, cost, different packages and most importantly she helped us pick what we were looking for. Which made it easy. She wasn’t pushy on trying to get us something that we really didn’t need. Even though i was going overboard. She really helped us out because each package is different to different needs. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me . He answered all my questions and was very respectful. He showed me how to use everything . They arrived in a timely manner. The Access control system we have installed at our school has been great. No one can enter our buildings unless they have an access card. Therefore we always know who needs to come in the building and in this day and age that is so important. Also the service I received from Acadians Plus was impeccable. They were always very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
