The team at Intec provided a wonderful experience for our surveillance, security, and audio/video needs at our new property. As a past retreat guest, Jason knew what we needed and worked with us in delivering an even better experience to our guests. And I have to rave about Dylan on the installation crew; he went above and beyond to make sure every piece of equipment was placed well with clean lines and wiring concealed beautifully. The entire team worked well at delivering on promises. I highly recommend them.

What amazing customer service I received from Intec Security Solutions. Their knowledge and passion of their work is outstanding. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. They have been to our house numerous times trying to fix an alarm system issue and they’re only remedy to the problem is changing a battery. There is no communication between intec and they’re monitoring company And we continue to receive calls at all hours of the day and night for no reason letting us know our alarm is going off and in fact nothing is wrong. If I could give them a ZERO, I would. Spend a little more money and go with a reputable company.

Dillon with Intec came to our house yesterday and did an absolutely amazing job in upgrading our system. I’m so glad we went with intec. Every time we called with questions on how to start service the same people answer and are so courteous and respond so quickly. They even came out same day to ensure our quote was correct. Very happy with Dillon and all of Intecs amazing customer service!
