If possible, I would rate this company 5 negative stars. No, make that 10 negative stars. Three years ago, one of their sub-contractors (Dalton Flooring) installed a porcelain tile floor in my kitchen, and there's been nothing but problems since. Cracked, broken and loose tiles, all because they did not properly level the floor prior to laying the tiles.
I have a five year warranty, and I did get them to come back twice to repair some tiles. LAST AUGUST, SWF was notified of even more cracked tiles showing up, but their sub-contractor refuses to come out and fix them. Every time I call SWF or Dalton
