We had an amazing experience working with Premier after a leak that went from the bathroom and into our den. Everyone we worked with was amazing - Mark and his sons David and Mike were professionals throughout the experience.
Mark was on site each day with the crew making sure everything was being done correctly and made recommendations that improved what we lost to the water damage.
David and Mike managed the estimate and getting all of the costs sorted with insurance and coordinated each of the crews to fit into our schedules. David walked us through picking out the new tile and everything

I would give Premier Restorations 10 stars if it were permitted. I had very substantial water damage to my home in Rochester Hills. Mark took care of everything with the utmost attention to detail. If you insist on quality craftmanship, timeliness, cleanliness, knowledgable, and operating within budget, then Premier Restoration is for you. This is a family owned and run business that exceeded my expectations. My home never looked so good. I would definitely hire them again.

We had a water damage and Premier Restoration did an amazing job taking care of the damage. They were always on time, fast and finishing of their work was very good. They prioritize clients needs and make sure the process go smoothly. We didn't have to worry about the entire time they worked in our house. David managed everything very well. Wow! What an amazing family-run company. They communicated so well and were very reliable. We had a big project and we’re displaced with two small kids, a dog, and a cat. Then, above that, we realized at the beginning we would have to have asbestos removed. Premier took care of all of it. Our only focus was trying to keep the kids happy in the hotel. Premier was a genuine joy to work with. I hope that we never have to have another major restoration needed- but if we do this is the company to call. What’s more, they were all so incredibly kind to my children. That goes a very long way. Thank

Mike is awesome ! He took the time to show me how to drain a lot of standing water on my patio after all of the rain we've recently received. He even facetimed with me to make sure I was doing it correctly which kept me calm during a quite stressful situation. Our bathroom was severely out of date and in serious need of a revamp. Premier restoration helped my father out last year when his basement flooded. They were the best part of the whole experience and did a fantastic job then, which is why we hired them to do our bathroom. I would like to stress how great it was working with them, they were professional and punctual about everything they did. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make the bathroom look great. We would recommend them to anyone, and will be using them again should the situation arise.
