From start to finish, the people at Hy-Tech were a pleasure to work with. Tim Lopez came out at the start of the job, taking readings and explaining what they would be doing. Noe came out on day two to see how the job was coming along. This ended up being a more difficult job than they expected but Job Foreman, Juan and his crew worked hard to meet the deadline. The project ended up taking an extra day and they came out on Saturday to backfill the holes and lay cement. Jose Luis and his crew did a great job filling everything in and cleaning up. Very professional!

I purchased an investment property recently knowing that it would need to be leveled. Cullen worked with my schedule so that the following day after closing his crew was ready. They found an entire beam needed replacing and made this repair and the full leveling in less than the estimated time. They even went out and inspected another property that I own and addressed those problems as well. They take extra care as to not alter your siding and other cosmetic aspects of your home while making the repairs. You will not be disappointed with their craftsmanship in an way.

I was evaluating the purchase of a residence that has some cracks in the foundation. There was a very small option window in which I could get professional help to decide about the purchase. Hy-Tech went way out of their way to schedule and get an evaluation inspection for me. I can't say enough good things about everyone involved. I am a registered architect and have seen no other firm provide any better service than did Hy-Tech. I recommend the use of Hy-Tech for your foundation needs without reservation.

I used Hy-Tech 8 years ago to repair my foundation. Recently we listed our home for sale and the inspector listed foundation issues on the report so I immediately reached out and got Cullen. He came out to the house very quickly took measurements and concluded that the foundation was perfect and the work from 8 years ago held up exactly as it should! I am so glad we chose Hy-Tech to repair our foundation. They moved up our date several times to help us recover faster after Hurricane Harvey. The staff worked hard to keep our home and yard tidy during and after repairs. Tim and his team's experience was a big part of our peace of mind. We have used Hy-tech Foundation Repair several times. We have found them to always do an excellent job. We called them in regards to a warranty issue and an additional problem with our parents house. Curtis came out looked at the issues and advised they would take care of any warranty issues as well they would fix a problem with a floor Joyce which was not an item they had worked on before. Their pricing and response to our needs were fast and once they were done the site was clean. We would and have recommended them to our friends.

I am extremely satisfied with the foundation repair which was done by Hy-Tech Foundation during the month of August 2018! I had a lower bid repair done 4 years earlier and when I needed to call for warranty repair they were out of business. I started my research and visited with a couple of companies but either was just not convinced due to my 4 year earlier foundation problem.
