Once your home has been evaluated and the problem is identified, a repair solution is needed. When a foundation settles, it needs to be lifted back to its existing position or as close to level as safely possible. The main thing to remember is that we want the movement downward to stop, and the foundation to be stabilized.
Structural integrity can be affected do to age, weather, and moisture or termite damage. The shrinking and swelling of soil due to drought or increased moisture can cause the house to shift and move. If you have drywall cracks, sticking doors or windows that won't shut and lock you may need your house leveled.
Excessive soil moisture: This can result from many things such as inadequate drainage around the slab, and other issues like a leaking sprinkler system, a gutter downspout that isn't routed properly, or a plumbing leak under or near the slab. These issues can cause standing water, which with time will eventually damage your foundation.

Rubin and his crew were on time, courteous, and professional. He ensured I inspected the work and took photos prior to backfilling and completing the foundation repairs. Coastal Bend Foundation Repair is fantastic. They did an excellent job on my foundation and are the hardest working group of guys I have ever seen in my life. The job was done on time with great communication throughout the process. They even tried to communicate on my behalf to the Arnold's plumbing so that they could get their portion of the job done in a timely manner. However, there was a big failure from Arnold's plumbing and even though it has been over 5 weeks they have not been able to get my plumbing fixed. For foundation repair --- Coastal Bend is definitely the one to go with. For plumbing

Costal Bend will forever be my leveling company.. They took our home that was damaged from the hurricane and turned it into to a beautiful master piece.. I cannot say enough about the professionalism the CBF team exhibits! From the very beginning, the estimator Ruben, displayed professionalism and his knowledge of foundation repair. He explained every aspect of the job that would be done during the foundation repair. His crew always left the job site clean and ready for the next days work. During the work he was always explaining the status of the job and what was to be expected in the future.
