From beginning to end the whole experience was great! Very quick to respond when we requested an estimate. Measurements were done quickly and once the materials were in we were able to schedule right away. I had to have the old Atrium cover removed and the team that came out to do the work were very careful to make sure that our plants were not damaged. The team doing the building knew exactly what needed to be done and it looks better than we imagined it. It was a total pleasure working with Andy and Valley Patios.

Had two visits to the house and then after repeated emails/texts and waiting almost six weeks for a conceptual drawing and final estimate - was told: "Andy said that we should respectuflly withdraw from the project. He is trying to catch up on proposals and projects, but we can't tell you exactly when we can get you the updated estimate. Construction delays will also be likely, which could cause more frustration." I'm not sure that anything could cause more frustration at this point than wasting two months of my time stringing me along to end with a casual "you should move on". Andy is the owner

I had the same problem as was mentioned in someone else's review. They did our original project with minor issues. We planned to add an additional section on covering and left multiple messages but no return call on their part. I guess they don't care about past customers. Im the type that if you provide good product and and service, I would recommend to my friends to use them. I definitely won't be recommending or using them in the future which I guess they've made the decision to do the same for some reason.

Andy and the Valley Patio team did a fabulous job on our two overhangs. Not only do they look great and we get very positive comments from friends and neighbors, they were easy to work with. Much consideration was taken during the process to give us knowledge and suggestions that would make our lives easier when all done.
Andy deserves big kudos for working with us and the City to get final approval on an electrical issue for our pool company. It wasn’t anything regarding the overhangs, rather taking on an issue to help us out, at his time and expense.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but definitely regret hiring them to do my cover. David the estimator came out 2 times to do the estimate alone and Matt had to come back out to go over it again, they took weeks longer than quoted, the flaked multiple times and what was promised to be a 1 day install ended up taking over 2 days. Patio looked good when they finished but as I walked around and checked it out they left the biggest mess ever. Metal shaving and shards everywhere and I mean everywhere. Shortly after when it rained sent photos to Matt and was told "it's normal"

I would highly recommend Valley Patios if you're in the market for a new alumawood patio. My wife and I were pleased with the process from beginning to end. Valley Patios installed two alumawood patios, one that ran across the back of my home and the other covered my pool equipment. Their prices are very reasonable and the craftsmanship is top notch. We opted for two fans to be hung but unfortunately the store was out of stock when we placed the order. I love my new patio cover! The process from beginning to end was awesome. David was extremely thorough and helpful when estimating and discussing the project. The day of installation, the guys arrived on time and got straight to work, completing it fairly quickly. The end result is beautiful and I'm very happy. I'd highly recommend Valley Patios!

Extremely pleased and satisfied with services provided by Valley Patios. I had an idea of what I wanted and how it would look. I contacted Valley Patios to discuss my idea and was told it was doable. We established an appointment for an estimate, which was reasonable. Work began within a few days and was completed a week later.

David is worst estimator I have ever seen. He does what he wants not the customer wants. Customer can not communicate with him by phone only by emails and he never replies promptly. Matt is the owner and he is also same. They don't care about your business. It feels like they are your boss even though you are a customer. I strongly suggest not to do business with this company.

After calling a few places and getting several bids, we chose to go with Valley Patios. Chelsea called me within minutes of leaving a message and gave me a really detailed idea of what they do. The estimator was on time and thorough and the installers were not only amazing at their work but also left my yard cleaner than it was before. Would definitely recommend them. I'm not particularly price driven as it's more important for me to get nice work, but as a bonus their bid was the most reasonable of the 4 that I got. Save your time and just call them.
