I chose CS Patios because ofthe positive reviews I saw online. They did everything they said they would do and in the time frame they gave us. We had a pergola roughly 17'x34', installed by CS Patio and we could not be happier. The installation and cleanup was professional and thorough. I highly recommend CS Patio!!

My roof leaked profusely. Had a hard time getting them back to look at the problem or compensating me for the damage caused by the leaks. Took several months to get them to respond and settle the issue. I would never recommend them to anybody. Would really not even give them one star!

Worst customer service I have ever been apart of. They did our patio covering and finished Oct 2020. Put the down spout in the wrong place I asked. Instead of capping the wrong one they just put another one where I originally wanted. Now I have two. One puddles in the patio. The other I wanted works fine. We soon had a leak and they came and caulked it. Soon after It leaked again. I asked if they'd put flashing and make sure it didn't leak. Yes Chris said it won't leak. I asked when they installed if they'd put flashing and Chris said yes. They did not. No rain for a

I am adding to my recent review, the patio is done and looks amazing everyone loves it we spend a lot of time out there entertaining. We did have a few small issues that came up with sprinklers and a tiny inspection issue with the city but they took care of it immediately. I did quite a bit of due diligence before we hired Chris and i have to tell you don't bother to look elsewhere. We made a few modifications just before installation and they accommodated us on the fly, which made a big difference to the final look.
To be clear no one put me up to this, I am just a happy camper. Any questions

I would definitely recommend CS Patio Cover and I would also recommend upgrading your pergola by adding electricity. The team was like family. We were sad when they finished the job because we couldn't hangout with them anymore. They promised that with water from the house the pergola would be cleaned and it's true! So easy! They were very unprofessional as far as not consulting me before they took down my security camera ,they didn't bother. It wasn't till I got home late that night and saw my security camera just resting on top of patio cover. I guess they were hoping I wasn't going to notice it. Also in three different areas where they were cutting aluminum frames, They left aluminum shavings & screws. Didn't even bother to sweep it up just left the job site like that.
