Cory is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He found a leak right away that other roofing companies were unable to figure out because it was in the siding instead of on the roof. From the beginning until the end, Cory was there to answer every question. I had insurance questions, technical questions about flashing and vent hoods, and money questions about the estimate/quote and he was very patient with me. He even helped with shingle color advice.
I also want to thank Joe and his crew for the install day. They were all very professional and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. We have a very steep roof slant and they got a really big job done and cleaned up in less than a day.

Fantastic service from a professional team. Responsive, punctual, helpful, excellent workmanship, and friendly process from start to finish. They replaced a metal roof and installed completely new gutters for me and it is beautiful! They are the exception rather than the rule when it comes to a Great Customer Experience, which is becoming more and more uncommon regardless of the service involved. We are very appreciative of a company that does what they say they are going to do and stands behind their employees and products. Contour Roofing did exactly that. We had a few different roofing companies come out to talk us through the process, materials, etc to replace our roof. Casey was exceptionally knowledgeable and explained the process in a way that made us very comfortable. The Contour Roofing team kept us updated throughout the process, had exceptional communication leading up to and throughout the day of the roof replacement. We can’t say enough good things about Casey... he was always available to talk through any questions, consistently followed up and was such a pleasure to work with.
