I would like to share a review of my experience with Craft Roofing Company. I had my roof replaced by them, and the results were outstanding. The installers were on time and finished the job in a little more than one day. The roof looks great, they did a thorough cleanup, and we haven't had any problems. Mr. Craft also agreed to have no payment above the amount of the insurance claim payment. I agreed to have a ridge cap installed, so the new roof with architectural shingles cost me $261.00 out of pocket. Great work at a great price.

Carl does not do business professionally. He was so quick to get the insurance money that he did not provide a itemized quote until after he scheduled workers to come to my house. We didn't even have a signed contract before the work was done. He promised a discount only to attempt to recoup the money from the insurance company for work he was told they needed to approve before the work was done. Once the work was done and he was paid, he tried to strong the insurance company for more money, threaten to place a lien on my house, and stated he would not honor my warranty. Someone from this company violated the no soliciting sign at the front of my neighborhood and then proceeded to knock nonstop on our front door for 15 minutes. Actually 15 minutes of banging. This was in the morning too and when someone finally woke up see what was happening this employee waved and motioned so urgently like something was wrong and he literally just wanted to tell us to use their roofing service. Said I wasn't interested at least 5 times. We thought there must have been an emergency or something but nope he just wanted to bang on our door for 15 minutes. Not that it'll make much

Excellent workmanship and fair pricing! They handled everything with the insurance company, showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after they were done. They even replaced shingles on my porch and replaced one of my gutters, despite these things not being covered by insurance payment. I highly recommend them!
