Everyone we've delt with was friendly & professional.
There's 24/7 access.
The storage units are clean & dry.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional during our rental period! When a neighboring unit had a leak, they contacted us immediately to let us know and make sure our belongings weren’t damaged. Clean and secure units, and they provided us with a lock for free, which was a bonus!

Bethel storage park was a big help with our move. The manager Carol is amazing and goes above and beyond the call of duty if you have questions or need help. She even helped find someone to help us move from the House to the storage unit and again on the other side of our move. I highly recommend this place!

In the middle of a difficult move, dealing with Carol, the manager at Bethel Storage Park was like taking a breath of fresh air. She was always kind, patient with my endless questions and uncertainties, and very flexible as my storage needs grew, changed, and then changed again. I was glad I opted for driving a bit out of my way to secure the storage I needed. Thank you, thank you, Carol, for the one aspect of my move that was actually a stress reducing experience. My wife and I purchased a house near Bethel NY and needed a storage unit to keep a bunch of personal items in it until we were ready to move into our home. We opened up an account and rented a 10x10 unit for a very reasonable price, including the insurance. We rented this unit for 4 months, received a very reasonable price, and best of all great service!! We were able to check in at anytime to drop off or pickup our belongings. A big plus is that you can rent or drop off a U-Haul van/trailer at this facility. I highly recommend this storage facility if you need one!! I give it 5 stars!!
