I simply called to ask for prices as I am comparing different storage places to see which is in the best price range for my budget. Michelle answers and tells me that she doesn't have the prices right now and that I must call back in 20 minutes to ask the manager for them. I call back 5 mins later and just ask Michelle for two unit prices and she gives them to me no problem. At this point I'm completely frustrated, so I come on here and the first post I see is "manager Michelle is awesome to work with." So your the dang manager Michelle, you lied to me, and u refused to help

This is a very reasonable facility with great access hours. We reserved 3 units and unloaded the moving truck on a Sunday. Not realizing we would need a 4th unit until we were there. In a panic, we made a call to one of the owners and he came down right away and gave us access to an additional unit. They are terrific to work with and I would highly recommend them.
We came back that Monday and the office manager Laura was also very helpful and understanding.
Definitely a 5 star facility.
